Incredible Experience - The entire experience was amazing! The best part (besides the adrenaline rush and views) was the staff. They were excellent and very attentive. They made us all feel very comfortable and were so kind. My only problem was that they were unable to refund our transportation but the manager was gracious enough to credit the lockers, Insurance, and gift shop. Willy was our guide and kept our group on track. I hurt myself a few days prior and Willy had a paramedic check me out, they did not need to do that but I’m so grateful. We will definitely be back to zip around like a bird. Things to know: 1. Lockers cost, towels cost, insurance is extra, photos are expensive. 2. The Superman zipline hurts when they break you. It’s very forceful. 3. ATV was fun but hot and muddy. 4. The cenote was AMAZING! 5. Some people wore sandals the entire day. We elected to wear sneakers. They will get wet on the last zipline as will you, but it felt amazing and we dried off. 6. Snack was a ham sandwich and melon, lots of water drinking opportunities. Lunch was fajitas. 7. So much fun!
