Very cool - This was so much fun! The hike to the waterfall was moderate as described but once we were to the falls it was beautiful! The natural water slides were so cool! The water was clear and refreshing. The guides were helpful and all of the staff was super kind. The stop to the coffee farm was a unique experience and the whole thing was one of our kids favorite things on our vacation.

Really good; must be in decent shape - It was fun but not for the faint of heart and definitely you need to be able to climb mountainous terrain. The slides and jumps are substantial and scary. We loved it but are adventurous types.

Unforgettable Experience – Above & Beyond Service! - We recently did the 27 Waterfalls Excursion and Cocoa Factory Tour with a group of 8, and it was hands-down one of the best experiences of our trip! The waterfalls and caves were absolutely breathtaking, and the entire day was so well organized and enjoyable.
What really made this excursion stand out was the kindness and care of the crew, especially Mara and Anthony. I happened to be feeling very sick from food poisoning the morning of the tour, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They never rushed me, offered a hand when needed, and were incredibly patient and considerate the entire time.
The food at the waterfalls was fresh and delicious, and the souvenir shop had great items at very fair prices. On top of everything, the team even gave my husband’s parents a ride to their next tour so they didn’t have to wait around for transportation — something they absolutely didn’t have to do, but it showed how much they care about their guests.
This excursion exceeded all expectations. From the stunning scenery to the genuinely thoughtful staff, I would give this experience a 10,000/10 if I could. Highly recommend booking — you won’t regret it!

Exhilarating hike with cliff jumps and slides! - Ms. Santos met us at the designated area and was very friendly, punctual and kept us comfortable in the vehicle and answered all our questions about her home area. After introducing us to our guides ( Felix and Tony ) which showed us a great time and kept us safe and entertained, she met us back at end of our waterfall hike. We had a great lunch, shopped a bit and she brought us back to our port. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic Private Tour – A Must-Do! - We booked a private tour to the waterfalls near Puerto Plata, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The entire team was excellent—our driver was great, our guide was wonderful, and the photographer captured amazing shots. The onsite guide made sure we felt safe and had a fantastic time. Even my 61-year-old mother loved it! Communication was seamless, and everything was well-organized. There’s nothing we’d change. If you’re in the area, book this tour—you won’t regret it!

So fun! - Excellent experience all around. From driver Johnny, Valentin the guide and especially to Claudio the photographer felt very cared for. Nice hike And the water fall sliding and jumping was awesome!

Waterfalls - We had a spectacular time! Mara and Neuri were amazing guides. They were on time, very professional and knowledgeable. We were even assigned our own video/photographer! So you really don’t need to worry about trying to take pictures as they will capture those candid shots along the way. The lunch afterwards was much needed and delicious as well. The waterfalls were beautiful and the guides at the waterfalls made sure everyone was able to keep up and safely navigate each area. This was an exhilarating experience. A must do if you don’t mind an uphill hike and then descending into fresh, cool pools of water!

Great company, and price. - I want to start by saying the company itself is a great company! As far as the excursion goes, they are just packing way too many people through these falls! You do alot of waiting and the day we went we didn’t reach our first fall for an hour and a half. Then you have 3 slides and one jump. The scenery itself was beautiful and it was quite the adventure, so we didn’t enjoy it. Some of the stuff we did was quite different and scary like the 20ft wet wooden ladder you go down!

Rained out - The rains closed the waterfalls. We opted for the city tour they suggested instead. Friendly guides took us to all the touristy spots. Tbh not all that knowledgeable about the city or its history. Had to google some of the questions we asked. Would have loved to have a high quality city tour especially if they were offering. Maybe next time the falls will be open
