Great time with family and friends. - Starting with great hosts and clean cars for transportation. The entire experience is great. Photo was taken (with additional cost) but worth it and photos and video both available to download in 24 hours!

Hike and waterfall tour - The tour guides were great and took care of our group. Quick to respond to questions and concerns. We had a really good time and would highly recommend if in the area.

Highly recommended - Wow ! What an amazing experience. Directions to the collection point in the main road were spot on . Taken in an air conditioned van with WiFi ( kids pleaser) to the waterfalls. Looked after throughout, felt safe , great fun. Lovely lunch at the waterfalls ( provided and part of the cost) . Really enjoyed visiting a local community store . Bought coffee which was half the cost of the same product at the port duty free store . Bought all photos and videos of the trip as very very reasonable.

Worth Every Minute - This was an amazing excursion. I faced my fear of heights by jumping off a 20 foot waterfall. My family and I had the best time screaming, laughing, and hanging out.

Far exceeded expectations - We signed up for the earliest group, right after our ship docked at Taino Bay, to try and beat the crowds. To our surprise, we (family of four) were the only ones that signed up for that slot. Werbe met us outside the port and we found out we were getting a private tour with our own photographer. Werbe was more than just a photographer though, he was an excellent tour guide and he ensured we all had a fantastic time. The hike to the falls was not nearly as hard as advertised (though it is NOT recommended for folks that are older and not as mobile and/or out of shape). The jumps and slides and swimming were a blast. We then had a full Dominican lunch buffet which was outstanding. Then a stop by a local site where we could learn about Dominican culture, including cacao production and cigar rolling. We bought a bunch of chocolate, then got a little more tour around Puerto Plata, before being dropped off at the port. The pictures and videos Werbe got were really good, and the price is reasonable. DO book this tour if you are planning on buying the videos and photos and are interested in the Dominican lunch and complete tour of the seven waterfalls. DON'T book this if you are not interested in all the jumps and slides, are not wanting to buy the photos/videos, or aren't interested in an authentic Dominican meal. They put a lot of effort into getting great photos/videos, having a nice lunch, etc. so you should know that ahead of time. As a side note, I saw other groups there that did not get the "full" experience with the seven waterfalls because they were on cruise line tours and some cruise lines maybe don't want to deal with the liability (?) ... And we saw other groups that had a photographer, but it was just a guy with a small pocket camera. Werbe had a professional camera, with flash, zoom lens, etc. and a GoPro. Much higher quality. We also saw other groups that got at least a partial tour, but not lunch. All this is to say that in terms of value, this is the best option out there, hands down. We would not hesitate to go with them again and recommend them to all our friends. Thanks Werbe and ExceptCust Tours for an experience that exceeded expectations.

Visiting Damagaqua Falls is a Must! DR Prime Tours is the way to do it! - I heartily recommend DR Prime Tours. I went on the Demagaqua waterfall excursion. Everything about it was excellent: from the drive out to the falls to the delicious meal that is included, to the tour of the plantation at the end. Bravo!

Wonderful & Fun Experience - My son and I had a wonderful time on this excursion. I highly recommend it. We stayed in the area for a week and met Carmen Santos near one of the cruise ports. Carmen was so much fun, I hope you get her as your driver as well. The excursion was lots of fun. You climb 35-40 minutes to the top, which is moderate at most, and then have a choice to slide down the rock slide or jump from a platform into the water. We then had a nice Dominican buffet afterward, which was excellent.
