An adventure of a lifetime! - 100% Amazing tour thanks to Jordan and Elvis! The waterfalls were stunning and Jordan was the best tour guide I could’ve ever wished for! I HIGHLY recommend this company and Jordan and Elvis!

Great Excursion - Our tour guide Winston was great. The WaterFalls were amazing! We were able to leave our belongings on the bus. We saw 7 waterfalls. It was fun Sliding down them!

Great trip with a few tips - I do not usually fill out these surveys but this trip was great. We had a great time but it could have been terrible. A couple of things to help: 1. Do not book this tour through Carnival Cruise ship. If you book through the cruise line they will charge you more money, they will not let you jump into the waterfalls (you will have to slide down the rock slide) and you will most likely all be on the same transportation to and from the park. 2. Bring an old pair of shoes that you don’t mind will get wet. Or wear sturdy, all terrain secured sandals. If you wear light weight water shoes without much of a sole, you will be hurting on the rocky path. The water shoes they provide at the park are not sturdy enough to walk the path in. 3. Bring a change of clothes and use the lockers at the base of the park. You will want a fresh set of clothes to go back in. 4. We paid for pictures (~$45) and it was worth it. They have staff hike the trail with you and take pics of your group. He will get action shots of you jumping and you won’t have to mess with your camera/phone. He took over 100 pics of our family of 4. 5. The hike up the trail is not a simple hike but it’s not terrible either. They will take breaks during the hike up and let the group determine the pace. We booked directly thru Viator and our family of 4 had our own transportation van for the 30min ride to the park. We met all of the cruise ship excursions at the base of the park and we all went in the same group up the trail. We were able to jump into the water from platforms 7 to 17 feet high. The cruise ship people had to ride the rockslides down instead, they were not happy. 6. Our meet up spot was outside of the cruise gates at the cruise port in Amber Cove. A bit of a walk, not too bad, probably 15mins. Follow the directions given and it’s very simple. We enjoyed the trip very much. They were great.

Definitely do it! - Mega cool trip for the brave :-) very worth seeing the waterfalls. We were picked up from the cruise terminal outside the port as discussed. Super nice guide who was there the whole time.

Highlight of our trip! - Definitely a highlight of our trip! Winston and his team took great care of our group. It’s definitely a good hike up but so worth it! There were some groups that only got to do the bottom waterfall (they missed out on some of the best parts) and some that weren’t allowed to jump. Puerto Plata Adventures let us do it all and it was so worth it. After reading reviews, I thought you could buy pictures of the trip of the whole group, but $45 gets you your own photographer to follow you and your family on the whole trip…well worth it (thanks Wilson)! You can rent water shoes there for $2 each but we should’ve brought our own with a thick sole since it’s very rocky. Puerto Plata Adventures was great with providing detailed directions on where to meet in the morning. Our group only had 12 which was so much better than booking through the cruise that had at least 50. Winston did such a great job keeping us all together and making sure everyone was ok. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone! Thanks for a great day!!

Awesome time - I’ll give this tour a 9.5 out of 10. Only slightly disappointed that our tour of 8 people was grouped with the much larger tour from Carnival. Thankfully we were in front of the big group and our guide(Xander) was with us the whole time and was great. By far one of the best excursions I’ve ever done.

Adventure of a lifetime - This tour was like nothing ive ever done before! My family and I had a blast and what exceeded our expectations was our tour guide Zander, he was so helpful and entertaining! We could not imagine our tour without him! Everyone apart of the excursion was very helpful and welcoming to everyone!

The Best! - Amazing excursion! Luis was a fantastic tour guide from beginning to end!! The hike was tiring and not for everyone but the natural slides and water was worth every step! This was one of the best excursions I’ve been on and the memories made as a family are priceless! Highly recommend!!
