Dominican waterfalls - It was a bit scary if you are not ready to slide or be submerged in water but everyone was super friendly and helpful!

Do it!! - This was amazing. Werbe was our guide and photographer. He was friendly, kind and informative and cute. I highly recommend this tour for the adventurous. It was an easy hike for me but others found it a little hard so I do recommend you to be somewhat physically fit. Bring runners…I did it in water shoes with hard soles and I was fine. Werbe lost a shoe…tie them up good and tight.

Tour canceled due to weather but I am impressed by the tour company. - unfortunately our trip got canceled due to overnight rain. But i was amazed by company that provided tour DR PRIME Tours. They texted, they called me. They worked around our schedule, offering different tour, anything to make it work for us. We rescheduled for a next day but National park still partially closed. They refunded money right away.

Us 63 year youngster did it ALL! IT was fantastic. Great crew! - We really love it! Only disappointment was the we did not get to do all 7 waterfalls. Only 3 due to the weather. Water was pretty high and due to safety we only did 3. The staff was amazing and helped us 63 year olds get through all including the high jump from one of the falls. Photos were amazing!! Love the video they made. Truly worth it!!!!

Great experience ! - This was a great experience! Kevin and Jonathan drove us from the Iberostar hotel all the way up to the waterfall. One we got there Jonathan was out “paparazzi” he took tons one fotos and introduced us to our guide. I will say be prepared to walk up a bridge and a lot of stairs, it’s a bit of a hike. Once you get there, there are 4 waterfalls in total with natural rock slides, the water is deep but you have a life vest— I didn’t know how to swim and the guides made sure I was good ! After the excursion they take you to get a meal which was pretty good and then you go to the tobacco and cacao gift shop. All in all a great experience just be prepared to walk up !

Great tour - Jonathan and our driver were extremely nice. They paid extra attention to everyone's needs. This was a wonderful tour that we enjoyed every bit of it.

Amazing Excursion in DR - This excursion was amazing! I was in DR for the day with a cruise and always try to book with a local tourist company. So glad I decided to book with DR Prime Tours as they were safe, on time and very informative for the day. The van was air conditioned, clean with a drink full of coolers. Our driver Elvin aka Elvis was fun, knowledgeable about the island and drove us around efficiently and safely. After we got dropped off to the Waterfall, we met up with another DR Prime staff member who connected us with the Waterfall staff and were immediately prepped on the days activities. Because we were a smaller group tour, we were able to bypass 3-4 big groups who booked thru a cruise ship. Waterfalls was amazing adventure. We got to do 7 of them and the water was clean. After the waterfall, we drove thru the countryside and stopped for lunch at a buffet. Elvin ordered us plantains that were delicious! Lastly, I enjoyed stopping at a farm to see all the produce, plants and herbs that were being grown. The farm also had a souvenir shop where I purchased Vanilla extract and DR chocolate. I loved my experience and enjoyed a day to see the Dominican Republic!

The waterfall slides were... - The waterfall slides were awesome! However, we didn’t have time to change after the lunch (we were rushed by one of the employees), we were still in our bathing suits. the chocolate factory visit was really quick.

Inaccurate website description - It was too dangerous for children ! It says age 6 and up but no way a six year old could do it. I had to sit out the experience to watch my grandson so it was a waste of my mo wu. The huid s were excellent and took such good care of us to keep us safe when crossing the rivers

Unacceptable customer service but great tour guide - Completely disorganized customer service and terrible attitude. The driver (Fernando) was completely out of line in threatening to call the police on me over THEIR mistake, and the company's inability to communicate properly. That should NEVER be a first resort to deal with a customer service issue. The longer story: I completely understand that weather-related disruptions happen. This review is not about that. My original tour (the Damajagua waterfalls) was canceled due to heavy rain the night before, and I got a call from the customer service rep the morning of the tour that I would be rebooked on a different city tour for the same price, and therefore we’d call it even. What he failed to tell me was that the company canceled my originally booked tour, so during the city tour, the driver was going around charging everyone for the new tour. Nobody ever told me this. I had brought enough cash for small souvenirs and tips, but not enough to cover the cost of the tour; had I known I’d be canceled/re-charged, I would have brought my credit card. Instead, the driver’s attitude was completely inappropriate as he yelled at me for “not following instructions” and said he would be calling the police. Fortunately, the other guides de-escalated the situation, and we managed to figure out a solution where I Venmo one of them, and they’d take it up with the company management. The fact that the driver gave me ridiculously unnecessary attitude + the company’s lack of communication put a bad taste on the tour. I’ve booked dozens of tours through Viator with no previous issues, so DO NOT tell me I “wasn’t following instructions” (it was presumptuous of him to be assuming that it was MY mistake, when in fact it was the company’s poor communication that led to this argument). I have never had a tour operator be so rude as to threaten to call the police on me. I’m a very seasoned traveler, and this is only the 2nd time I’ve ever had to give a one-star review. One silver lining though, is the main tour guide (Misrael) was great. He gets 5 stars from me, but the company itself gets 1 star.
