Friendly staff - We started off great but the island weather cut our tour short. For the most part what we were able to experience was nice and informative. Our tour guide was friendly and made the experience nice.

Excellent tour - Experienced guide. Very attentive to our needs. Got to see so many different things, and places, with good explanations. Always felt safe and well taken care of.

Yeury is awsome - Yeury was amazing. I had extreme difficulty locating him following a hard time using walker to get from ship to van. other tour operators were sending me here and there needlessly. But once I meet Yeury and we did our tour everything was perfect. He is kind, thoughtful, informative and professional. I would recommend him to everyone that I know that may travel to Puerto Plata. please tell him hi and excellant job! thank you

Tour person gave us best tour. - Very nice tour person. He gave us nice tou. Explain so many interesting things. Also he explains us life in the city and around the city.

Must Do Excursion great guides fun 1/2 day tour - Took a 1/2 day tour with Aribel whilst on a cruise stop in Peurto plata , was a fantastic tour made more enjoyable with Aribel as our guide , friendly and welcoming , was driver , guide , and photographer all in one , good stops all within the local area of the port , good communication throughout the booking process. Would recommend and the guys make the trip fun and entertaining thanks Aribel.

Great fun and would do it again. - What a great way to see and learn about Puerto Plata. Very SAFE feeling. Speaks very good English. Took pics of us and carried our purchases. Took us to a great beach front local place for lunch. See the city with a local. Go places the ships won't take you.

A must whenever visiting Puerto Plata! - As part of our Royal Caribbean cruise schedule we selected to do the walking tour of Puerto Plata, and it exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide was beyond knowledgeable and friendly, and we visited a tobacco making factory/store, and a chocolate factory. We ended the tour with stopping at stores foe shopping and an amazing dinner at a local restaurant where we ate the delicious Dominican "sancocho"

Don’t book, if do get refund - This was extremely unprofessional. The tour huides reached out when I was state side but gave no information on who was to meet us. I disembarked around the times discussed and these folks / tour guides was no where to be found . No one knew of them and as person experiencing physical limitations I as told to walk 3 blocks to find them . However we did this 3 times, and to my disgust they had no signs or messages indicating where our tour was to begin. Please give a complete refund immediately. I engaged them they should have found us not me search Peurta Plata for them
