Awesome! - Junior and Elvis were fantastic! The whole trip was awesome! Very funny guys as well, they kept us entertained the whole time!

Waterfalls & Dune Buggy - The trip was amazing. We went to the waterfalls and we rode a dune buggy. What we wish we would’ve known is to bring glasses and a bandanna for the dune buggy. They charge you for those. The waterfalls were amazing… You just need water shoes. All around it was really worth going.

AMAZING ADVENTURE! - We had so much fun on this tour! Our guides Alfredo and Felix Jr, were phenomenal! They kept the vibes high and the music bumping! Photographer was amazing and captured so many memories for us. It was an amazing day!

Amazing Waterfalls but should have passed on Dune Buggies - This experience was amazing and easy to meet up with the driver. The guide for the waterfalls, slides and jump was amazing. I would not recommend the dune buggy piece unless they use the buggies that are at the same location as the waterfalls. We ended up at another location far away and it was pretty rough. The buggies were in really bad condition and the trail went through a village, where the people clearly did not want us there. Also, make sure you all wear googles and mask. They only said the driver will need it and that is incorrect.

Puerto Plata Daze w Alfredo - Alfredo y Elvis were amazing guides and took extra steps to make sure we had a great time. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy Puerto Plata.

Amazing Waterfall and Dune Buggy Experience! - We had an unforgettable experience on the dune buggy and waterfall excursion, and I can't recommend it enough! From start to finish, the adventure was filled with excitement, stunning views, and amazing memories. Our driver, Jose, was an absolute pro. He made sure we were safe and comfortable the entire way even through the crazy Dominican Republic traffic. His enthusiasm for the landscape and the local area was contagious, and he always took the time to share interesting facts about the surroundings. A special shout-out to our photographer, Benjamin, who captured every moment perfectly. He was incredibly patient, making sure we got the best photos with the beautiful backdrop of the waterfall and dunes. His passion for photography really shone through, and we ended up with a collection of amazing shots that we’ll cherish forever. And even encouraged me to practice my Spanish! The waterfall itself was breathtaking—perfectly serene and the perfect spot to take a break and cool off. The natural beauty of the area combined with the thrill of the dune buggy ride made for an incredible and muddy excursion. All in all, this experience was one of the highlights of our trip. Huge thanks to Jose and Benjamin for making it all so memorable!

Waterfalls were great, buggies not so great - I was very pleased with our pick up situation. We met Mr. Sanchez at the Cruise pier in Taino Bay. He had a very new clean SUV to transport us to the waterfalls on the way we picked up our private photographer, even though there was a bit of a language barrier with my little Spanish and Señor Sanchez Little English we managed to have a very pleasant conversation on the way. Our waterfall guide was Franklin and he was super friendly and knowledgeable and kept us very safe at all times. Our photographer Danielle did a great job of running ahead to get shots of us and Putting us in situations where there weren’t too many other people in the shot. He took live video and still shots and we were very pleased. The only negative of the excursion was when we went to the dune buggies. I think that Mr. Sanchez could find a better service for that. This dune buggy service Seemed a little sketchy. They were hot wiring, the dune buggies, and the dune buggies periodically conked out during the ride there were only two dune buggies, the two of us in our own dune buggy and the photographer in one with a driver. We only made it a third of the way to our destination when by then the dune buggy the photographer was riding in, had conked out three times at that point we got worried that we would not make it back to the cruise ship on time so we Tried to make them understand that we wanted to go back and return that we were happy with not completing the journey. All in all I was very happy with our treatment and we did buy the photos from the photographer for what I thought was an excellent price way less than any photos they take on the cruise ship. I would definitely recommend Mr. Sanchez again, although I think he should try a different venue for the dune buggy excursion. It was called buggy San Felipe, Puerto Plata, and I would not recommend anyone using that tour company.
