Very good quick snapshot of Puerto Plata with our driver Jesus Castro. - Pickup is at the far end of the entertainment area, approx 15 min walk once our disembark. Clean and comfortable vehicle for the 2 of us, water provided. Pick your own locations - Rum Tour, Coffee and Chocolate were typical tours incl short video, Cigar factory ok if you smoke, City tour Jesus did a good job of shepharding around the streets

5 star tour and service. - If you are docking in the Amber Cove cruise port or staying in or near Puerto Plata definitely check out E&J Taxi. From the moment I reached out to inquire about tour availability I experienced 5 star service. Communications were prompt, clear, and friendly. Meeting our driver at the port was easy and exactly as described in the email. There were 4 of us on the private tour with Elian. We had requested the city tour but he was able to adjust it to our preferences. Elian is so personable and seemed to know everyone. He is funny and very knowledgeable about his country. He taught us some new words in Spanish and we shared a few new words in English. We visited the “tourist” stops but also experienced a small local town and tried chicharrones from his favorite spot. I loved that it was not filled with tourists, as it gave us a more authentic experience. The tour lasted about 3 hours and it was the right amount of time to give us a nice sampling of the area. We were excited to learn they will be adding to their lists of tours in the very near future. If we ever come back to this area we will not hesitate to reach out to E&J again.

Excellent Experience! Highly recommended! - Jose Sosa was our guide and I would rate him 100 out of 100! He knew all the info and all the great places to take us! You know how you always have a great experience when the person helping you truly loves their job? Well, that was our day with Jose. So many great things to see and do in Puerto Plata, and Jose drove us around in a nice, clean, and cool van on a very hot day in July. Service at this level doesn’t happen often, but you’ll get it from this company! Would definitely use them again if we come back and I would recommend them to everyone!

The driver Haniel was was... - The driver Haniel was was excellent. We got to see the city and local places. He was so patient with us. He walked us everywhere. He was so knowledgeable. He went the extra mile. We will hire them again. If we come back to Puerto Plata we will be calling them l. Highly recommended.

A great & memorable city tour! - Book this experience! You won’t regret it! We had an amazing time on the city tour with José! He was very flexible & took us to see all the sights we wanted to see plus many more we didn’t know about! Traffic flow is WILD but we felt very safe riding with him. He has great energy & was so fun to ride around with! Coordinating pick up from our cruise port was easy. His English is great. You won’t regret spending the day with José!

Amazing tour and guide! - Jose Sousa was the most enjoyable and entertaining tour guide!!! He drives with respect and we weren’t nail biting in fear. He is knowledgeable about Puerto Plata and his country. The biggest smile and hardest laugh anyone can have. There were 4 adults and 2 kids and he made us feel at home. High recommend him.

Safe, fun and beat taxi driver in Puerto plata. - Jose or Freddy was such an exceptional taxi driver. We liked him so much the first time that we used him for the rest of the week. He was so fun and easy to talk to. My family had a great time talking and laughing with him. He was always prompt and on time. His Honda odyssey van was always very clean and comfortable. He always drove very cautiously and safe unlike the other 95% of Dominican drivers. I would recommend him 10 out of 10 times to anyone considering a trip to Puerto Plata.
