Mac - We took a a trip to Palawan as a family (my cousin family's and my and I) and decided to do the Underground River in Puerto Princesa. My suggestion is to leave early in the morning because the later you leave, the longer the line will be at the river. On our trip we had a private tour as we had eight adults and two toddlers. On the way we stopped at vista point over looking the sea. It was well worth the stop and the view. We then proceeded to another tourist stop at a beach to take a walk and take pictures. The views of the ocean was beautiful. This is also where you could do some activities, and in this case our nephew and his girlfriend did the zipline. He and his girlfriend enjoyed the zipline. We then went to the port that takes you to the Underground River. Since we had time, we had an early lunch which was part of trip. The food was good and it was a variety of Filipino food. We then took the boat over to the river. We arrived at the river but we had to wait about 45 minutes to wait our turn to take one of the boats into the caves. Once on the boat , we went into the cave. It was nice as the temperature must have dropped over 10 degrees which helped because it was hot and humid while waiting for our boat. If you fear the dark, going into caves, or bats, this might not be something you want to partake in. Once in the cave we saw the different limestone formations and the history of the caves from our tour guide. You travel approximately 1.5-2 kilometers or more into the cave before you turn around. Afterwards we took our bunka back to the main port, which was nice because of the views were maganda. Just a word of the wise when you are on the island at the Underground River, be aware of the monkeys because they are known to be aggressive and recommend you don't eat or bring bottled water as the monkeys would grab the bottles.

A lovely, zero hassle tour - I had an amazing time, the subterrainian river is astonishing, and the story around the mangroves and its wildlife is truly cool to be educated on. The buffet supplied delicious Korean and Philippino food, and you are not rushed either. I must also commend the staff for being easy to contact and also for being very polite. A special thanks to the guide, Echo, who was very honest and inviting, and also gave great tips for traveling in the Philippines, and may have opened to a secret or two about the locals. Highly recommend this tour of one of the Unesco’s worlds 7 wonders.

Unforgettable day - I am not surprised by the service from Corazon Travel and even less so when the guide is Rwen and the driver Harve, we had an unforgettable day, everything was perfect from departure to return. I highly recommend Corazon and I and my friend have done all the activities in Palawan with them and always with great satisfaction.

Magical and Thrilling - One of the best places to explore, underground river was majestic and zip line was amazing as well. I booked my tour from Get you guide and Local tour provider were Corazon Travel. Both tour Guide( Echo) and Driver(RV) were amazing, I would recommend to do Under ground river tour with Zipline as add on and watch Firefly at night.

A must see if you are in Puerto Princesa - one of the New Seven Natural Wonders of the World! - The tour company were great from pick up to drop off. They were flexible and reorganised our activities (River tour, lunch and ziplining) so we had minimum wait times for each activity. The river tour itself was amazing, so hard to get a perspective until you are inside the caves, the depth, the height and that the river goes for over 40kms! The guides on the tours were brilliant pointing out remarkable formations in the caves while paddling us through. Definitely recommend visiting if you are in the area, deservedly on of the new Seven Natural Wonders of the World!!!

Awesome tour guides - RV and Roman - RV and Roman were really lovely guides who spoke excellent english, they answered all our questions and also helped me get gluten free food at lunch. I would recommend their tour service.

Trip for a Lifetime - Our tour guide, Echo, made our trip today an experience to remember. Pickup was exactly on time to ensure everything went smoothly from the start. On the drive over, Echo communicated tour and area information clearly in both Tagalog and English for our family since we are mixed nationalities. Once in Sabang, Echo took care of everything to let us enjoy the port area. Our tour guide was very personable the entire time. Lunch was included on our trip, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Smooth ride back to our hotel in Puerto Princesa. 10/10 would recommend this trip and to request Echo as your guide because he has a lot of interesting information to share as a trained biologist. -Thank you from the Reamy and Montanino family!

Totally worth it - The drive there is worth it. Loved the overall experience. Caves from the underground river are of course an amazing experience, well preserved and great guides. Loved the audio experience of info and fun facts.

OK experience - Booked via Tripadvisor. The trip was fine. Everyone visiting the underground river will have more or less the same experience. I do want to complain about the organization of the tour. They put people taking the optional mangrove boat tour and zipline together with those who don't. So those who don't take these activities have to wait more than one hour by a beach. The seats on the van was also quite narrow and especially the back row was a bit uncomfortable.
