Enjoyed lunch at the Hot Spring and soaking in the thermal circuit for 1 1/2 hours 4 pools with water temperature ranging from 41 Celsius to 24 C, then 37 C and 31 C before we went back to alternating between 41 C and 24 C. We also had choices of just soaking in any pools we wanted or going for a massage.

This tour was wonderful. Took about... -
This tour was wonderful. Took about 90 minutes to get to Antigua - beautiful old city. Group was small which is exactly why we use Viator. Only 11 of us. the Hot springs were AMAZING. What a way to end the day - beautiful lunch, then right to the springs. They provide you with towels, very clean showers and changing rooms. They springs are at a hotel spa and use water from one of the volcanoes. you can also get a massage if you want to skip the circuit of the spring water. We would go back again.

We were disappointed that this tour... -
We were disappointed that this tour was not the same as indicated in our tour description. There were others on the tour who had a different printed itinerary than we did. Our tour said we were supposed to have 3 hours in Antigua. We were walked around for about an hour and a half and then dropped off at the Jade Museum. Think kick-back for Viator Our tour did not mention touring the museum and store but others had it included in their description. This is a very neat old city and we would have liked time to visit some of the shops. There was no time for us to go anywhere other than the Jade Store. Very disappointing and that was a complaint voiced by everyone. We drove past an active volcano that was spewing out a lot of smoke. It would've been nice to have stopped for a picture but we had to see it out the bus window. Those on the wrong side of the bus didn't even get to see much of it. Our time at the Hot Springs was nice and the food was good. The tour bus large van was overloaded. Many were forced to ride for over an hour in the jump seats. When the road is bumpy and it is crowded it's no fun to sit in a seat that has half a back to support you. They definitely oversold. We saw some nice things but the tour could have been much improved. Always nice to get what you signed up for.
