Location
Calle Puerto Base
We are in the Puerto Base (left port in Puerto Rico facing the sea). You can reach both the GC 500 road and the GC 1 motorway. When you reach the entrance of the port (which is also a parking lot) you just have to go straight for about 90 meters to reach the "Spirit of the Sea"

Amazing experience - It was perfect day weatherwise and the wiev was amazing in all directons - we could see Tenerife. The crew was attractive, fun and friendly, but when we saw the dolphins, it hit the expectations. So close, jumping and swiming - loved it! 😍 Thank you for this amazing experience 🫶🏻

Definitely worth the effort and money - Good neat crew with good clear explanation. Boat was neat and well maintained. Edges of the boat were well protected from you possessed on the boat. It can sometimes sway quite well on the boat. Be alert to this

Meet the Atlantic Ocean - We have been with twice because we did not see animals the first time we were allowed to come again for free. Immediately a sense of welcome. Is told all kinds of things in all languages. 2nd time the crew rescued a turtle that had plastic around its neck. Super done guys!

No dolpins, but a nice time on board. - Arrived there 15' late due to traffic. Lady at the gate was very comprehensive and nice, and kindly reschedule to the later trip. Sadly, we could not see any dolphin or whale, but the team, very kind, let us swim a bit by the chore and offered us vouchers to try again for free another time during our staying. Highly recommend due to the well customer service. They offer complementary water and freeze drinks on board, and some snacks to buy, I recommend to bring some while trying to find nemo.

Beautiful experience on the water between Gran Canaria and Tenerife - With the statement that it was no guarantee that we were going to see something, but what fun it was! Encountered a large group of dolphins including many young animals. The guidance was great and perfectly understandable in 4 languages. English, Dutch, German and Spanish.

Curious activity - The tour is fine, but they sell it as dolphin and whale watching, but it didn’t give the impression that they were looking for whales and settled for dolphins. Very friendly and helpful crew and very comfortable boat.

Okay but they don't respect schedules - We saw nothing but a whale. The staff was very friendly except for one person who had a bit of a cool attitude. We were offered a bonus to come back as we could not see it, but in the end for the previous shift and ours it took 1 hour and a half and we were late for lunch.

Awful - A complete waste of £120 euros. Went twice with the free return a week apart and we did not see anything either time. I don’t see how the claim of 97% success rate can be true! How can we be that unlucky twice! Lots of people being sick into sick bags. You could not get up to get a drink as the boat was rocking so much! Both times we booked a 3 hour trip with a hour swim stop included. First time the swim stop lasted four minutes before you are being yelled at to get back on the boat. Second time we got a 15 minute swim stop. This trip is like watching paint dry, extremely boring and far too long if you don’t see anything or get your advertised swim stop also it makes it a very expensive boat trip with the added bonus of smelling other peoples puke. Take my advice, save your money and steer clear of this one.
