Breathtaking. - Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, extremely easy to book online using a QR code.
Definitely value for money , all soft drinks are free once on board.
Staff very informative, very friendly.
Seeing Dolphins and Turtle's in their own environment is something I'm never going to forget ( amazing 👏 )

Recommended - Although thé boat was full at 10:30
I had a great seat on thé lower deck first row Middle. Thé view was incredible. We saw alot a dolphins after 1 hour out in thé sea. I likes thé fact that they picked up thé plastic out of thé sea. Thé crew was helpfull to get you up, and bring drinks
No bother to go downstairs to look under water. Windows are right under surface and you do not see a thing. Better stay in thé deck and just enjoy

100% perfect - We were given a free return ticket as we were unlucky and didn't see any dolphins the 1st time. They were super friendly and helpful and slotted us in on our 2nd trip, no problem. We again searched for a long time and then YES!! We found a large pod of hundreds of dolphins. Such an emotional experience so delighted to see these amazing creatures in their natural environment. Jumping and twisting in the air. We also saw a mother and her calf. Thank you to the super friendly team who gave us a 2nd chance to fulfil a dream on our bucket list. GO ....like us you won't be disappointed. This was truly a holiday highlight.

It's worth it. - The experience was great, we got to see dolphins from a couple of different species. Yes, I recommend taking something to prevent dizziness as sometimes the boat can move quite a bit and some of the passengers had a hard time.

Fantastic Family Experience – Highly Recommend! - We joined the Spirit of the Sea dolphin trip with our 3-year-old and 1-year-old (in a pram), and it was an absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish.
The crew were fantastic with the kids — so welcoming, patient, and really went out of their way to make things easy for us as a young family. Boarding with the pram was no problem at all, and once on board the staff helped make sure we were comfortable and looked after throughout.
The highlight, of course, was seeing so many dolphins! We were lucky enough to spot several pods swimming and playing alongside the boat — a magical experience for us and especially for the children. The boat itself was spacious and well-kept, with great views both on deck and through the windows below.
This trip struck the perfect balance of being exciting for adults while still safe and manageable with little ones. I’d highly recommend it to families visiting Gran Canaria — it was a special memory for us and one we’ll definitely treasure.

Wonderful trip, even when you don't get to see dolphins or whales. - We joined this trip in the afternoon on a Thursday. We had a lovely time on the water, but unfortunately we didn't see any dolphins or whales, only flying fish, the fin of some kind of shark, and a turtle. But that's how it is with wild life - you can't know when they will be there. The captain also said that the other boats in the visinity had the same problem, they saw nothing of dolphins and such. When you don't get to see dolphins or more, the event promises vouchers for a free new tour - and we got those.
I want to give a thumbs up to a very attentive and helpful crew! Also, I agree with what some others have written: This is a trip for ages 10 and over, because it can be very challenging to walk while on the water, even when the waves are nor very big.

Better option than marine parks to see dolphins - Great experience to see the dolphins in their natural habitat. It's also great to see that the crew respects the animals that makes the experience truly great. Some might get seasick, barf bags and consolation are provided by the crew.
The only critique I have is by the end of the cruise the photographer comes on board with the photos that were taken at boarding. My critique is that the photos and keychains are already printed and made even if you don't want them. That's really wasteful and puts an edge to the advertised environment friendliness of the company. In my opinion a better system would something similar to the amusement parks, that after you embarked the ship, you see your photos on a monitor and decide if you want to purchase anything or not.

A dolphin whale trip play - No dolphin sightings. The captain laughed at me when I asked how much chance we had of spotting a whale. (There is a book where you can pay for the excursion with pictures of beautiful different species of whales and dolphins) So no whales seen either. If you look back on facebook they were seen in 2013. The boat scares away all the beauty. I believe this catamaran is a threat to the population of all species of dolphins, whales and turtles.
We got a second ticket because we didn't see anything. In our hotel she already told us that we were not going to see anything. And indeed it was. A Third party of the people on board were seasick and vomiting. My advice: Don't go with this organization. In this way, protect these beautiful animals that are chased away from their own environment by this organization.
