Nice:) - The pick-up arrived on time and took us back to the hotel flawlessly every now and then:) The crew on board is very nice, good mood and helpful. They put a lot of effort into making sure we could see the dolphins by making the tour half an hour longer. The price is worth it!

Dolphins Day Off - Multi lingual hosts on board Spirit of the Sea! The crew could not have looked harder for any sea life but, like us, the dolphins must have been on holiday!!! They do offer a free return trip however, if you have time. No where on your website, for this particular trip, does it say there is a swimming stop! Not prepared! This needs to be mentioned.

Condor A 3230 Business review - Return flight DE 1434 with Condor from Las Palmas to Düsseldorf with the business booking. Nice flight attendants and good hospitality. But I have not sat so crammed in on any of my previous plane trips.Minimum seat distance ! Will not book like this again, XXL seats are a paradise

Horrendous , no safety - Family of four with 2 children under 6. We boarded the Spirit of the Sea in Dec24 . We were bussed there free of charge from a pick up point near to our stay which was the only good point. Once we got on the catamaran , we took the front seats. We were all given a very rudimentary and rushed speech about what we were going to see and very little on the health and safety aspects. I doubt whether anyone knew where the life jackets were. Then we left port. Immediately the boat picked up speed and rushed forward. The sea was very rough but that didn’t stop the crew. Clearly they were on a timed stint and nothing was going to slow them down. It was uncomfortable, cold, windy and the up and down was tremendous. We seemed to nose dive into the waves and water splashed all over us. My wife didn’t think it was very safe for the children and soon we asked to move to the rear. This was accommodated. We were joined by an elderly gentleman who didn’t look well at all. We sat there for what seemed hours. My wife was seasick and vomited from time to time. Eventually dolphins were spotted astern and we came to a halt thankfully. A short time to take photos but we didn’t move , were told the boat will turn around so no need to. We had a brief glimpse of 2 dolphins jumping out of the water. That’s it and a 100 quid spent. I won’t describe the return journey.Later we learnt that there was never any guarantee of seeing any dolphins at all . You would get a free ticket on the next ride that’s all. All in all this was a major flop and let down. Go on a better boat and one that carries a reasonable number of passengers.

Troubled waters - Poor weather and ricky seas. Trip should have been cancelled really. On the way back didn’t even look for dolphins. None spotted.

Haters, Racists and Silence oh my - Don’t go on this tour if you like to have fun and chat to your friends. From start to finish the staff were unhelpful. The pickup didn’t happen because the guy left early and when we called customer service the woman was patronising and rude. The worst offender? The driver of the boat. He was a HOSTILE HORRIBLE man who yelled at us because we laughed too hard when we got soaked by water. He was frowning over his shoulders so hard every time we were having a conversation. Then we got splashed a bunch of times and were like laughing and gasping, and he got so rude. He was so mad - yelling CAN’T YOU BE QUIET? YOU HATE LISTENING TO THE MUSIC? mind you the music was so quiet and couldn’t be heard over the waves. mind you there was like no one on this boat and we paid over £30 to be here and we’re not allowed to have fun? like god forbid we have a laugh on a quiet empty boat in the middle of the day. So ridiculously haterish I was too stunned to speak. I’m confident this man was racist. He didn’t yell at anyone except us, the only black people on the boat. Everyone else was getting smiles and friendship and waves - big racist big weirdo and horrible vibes all around. The dolphins were SO COOL though. definitely get any other boat and have a good time
