Amazing - This is so much fun. I rode behind my partner and then we swapped on the return. Can't recommend it enough. We did expect there to be some pit-stops at certain sites as it was called a safari and that seemed to be the plan, but we actually just rode around for an hour and it was still great.

Good fun and worth doing - Friendly staff and all well organised. Ensure you book as turning up assuming you can jump on would be wrong (my mistake) when booked all went well and good communication. The kit is good and the tour is interesting as you see the shoreline a good way along.

A fantastic 1st Jetski experience and beautiful views - For me and my girlfriend it was the 1st time on a Jetski, my girlfriend was a bit afraid of it at first because it can also be fast and sturdy. But once we were on it she laughed until we got off again 1 hour later. We saw fantastic views of the outside of Gran Canaria. It is certainly worth repeating.

Great fun! - Lots of fun for both me and my girlfriend and very pleasant staff. Managed to hit a top speed of 80km/h. Proper rush of adrenaline!

Fantastic! Very good! Highly recommend… - Brilliant, very professional and the tour guide I think his name was Eldo or Edu he spoke very good English he explained all the safety points to us clearly and made sure we were all comfortable, very friendly and reassuring which is important when your in the middle of the ocean! Some companies just case about the money and nothing else but this company was great. I’d highly recommend!

Not always fun - I used the Canary Watersports few times over the Years. Decided to go on Jetski safari and we waited for a day with no wind to make sure it was worthy. Got it eventually. Of we went with my son and half way down jetski lost the power. Informed the guide and he start making phone calls but was no time to change my jetski. 30min of trip ruined. I understand anything cane brake but if the fakt that nobody was interested to talk about it after all. Completely ignored we left premises.

Not a safari - We travelled from playa del ingles to find that nobody had received our booking, had to wait around for 2 hours until they could fit us in. Offered us free photos for the inconvenience, but the photographer took 0 photos of us but plenty of the rest of the group. The pictures on here are completely misleading as there is no tour of the caves or anywhere else. You basically go open water for the whole time and had one stop for “pictures” they never took of us. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company for the jetski “safari” completely disorganised and misleading.

I had a reserve for parascending and Sky jet for two on June 8th and when we arrived there were most broken down bikes, some even smoked white that even the workers did not know what it was. After much waiting and without giving us solution we decided to ask for the refund of the money paid, as the rest of the clients did. When talking to the manager he told me that he could not compensate us in any way for the missed birthday morning, and it was quite unpleasant. I asked for a claim sheet and he told me he didn't have it, to write whatever he wanted on a blank sheet, when they're legally bound to have it.

The rude one who accompanied us - My advice that if they are not foreign-speaking that do not go with this company, the treatment outside seemed all very cool after when they left us the bike only let us go side of the boat without running without enjoying without anything and the boy who accompanies us in the boat very ill educated and super rude a disappointment the truth only how I spoke to you took away the motivation that I carried but anyway that when I left I also did not reward with anything an apology does not recover my 130 € that I spent

Scamming con men - We paid 70 euro for a double jetski for 25 mins, which we thought was a lot of money but we’re happy to pay, however after being on the jetski for no longer than 5 mins, the staff started calling us back to shore. My girlfriend didn’t even get a turn before the staff cut our time short. Left feeling scammed, definitely wouldn’t recommend. They will charge you for 25 mins and then start telling u it’s finished after 5 minutes.
