As we cannot control flight schedules (including delays or early arrivals), if your flight or the one before yours is affected, expect a delay of no more than 30 minutes. Our office will keep you informed about your driver’s status. You will receive your driver’s name and phone number one day before your reservation, should you need it.
This is a one-way service. For a round-trip, please book the same product twice and specify the pick-up and drop-off locations.
To ensure the best service, please provide a valid phone number upon arrival so we can send the pickup confirmation and the driver can contact you for your meet & greet on the day of your arrival.
For pick-ups at the SJU airport, the meeting point is at the Baggage Claim area.
PICKUP and DROP-OFF are available at Airbnb, Hotels, Ports, Airports, and any specified location in the selected municipality. Please ensure you specify your pick-up and drop-off locations during booking.
