10/10 experience - amazing!! - We vacationed on Vieques Island for 6 days and visited so many restaurants, beaches, and views but the Bio Bay Tour was by FAR the most incredible, magical, and memorable experience out of all of them. The tour was amazing. I hope everyone has a chance to do this at least once!

Great experience - We arrived at the meet-up point 15 minutes early and the check-in process was smooth and easy. A shuttle van took us to the bio bay, where we met Luiz, our kayak guide. He was very informative and also took great photos for us. Seeing the bioluminescence was an amazing experience too(water was all glittery and shinning) Would definitely recommend booking your tour with them.

Oh my goodness, amazing - This experience had me in absolute awe. The twinkling algae was unbelievable to see. The night sky was so full of stars. I was blown away. I kept saying “oh my goodness, oh my goodness!” We booked a 6:30pm tour and it was pitch black when we got out on the water. Luis was an EXCELLENT tour guide. This was an amazing experience. BOOK IT. Here’s my what you need to know: Research the moon phases so you schedule on a dark night. Your clothes will likely get a little wet from paddling and from sitting in a small amount of water in the bottom of the kayak. Part of the 1.5hour activity includes shuttling to and from the bay and getting everyone into & out of kayaks (2 people/kayak). I’m not sure how long we were actually on the bay but my husband and I both felt like it was enough time and we felt satisfied.

Grandma loved it! - When they say all ages , they mean all ages! We traveled with our 85 year old grandma, and they treated her like a VIP! The staff were all friendly and helpful and instructions were clear so we were at ease the whole time. The clear bottom canoes make the experience all the better!

Great Tour of Mosquito Bay - This was a great experience for our family of four. Luckily, we had a dark night and not only was the bioluminescent bay amazing but the stars were incredible. We saw lots of other tour companies with traditional kayaks but I think the clear bottom boats were the best. Definitely worth the price!!

Super Rad - This is so cool- and the guide was super entertaining. The sky was gorgeous with clear view of all of the stars, and there’s a lot of cool stuff to learn along the adventure!

Biobay clear kayak - It's super cool. Clear kayak is key. The guide can take a picture for you. The whole thing takes 1.5 hours with transportation. This company made us go barefoot, whi h makes sense for the kayak, but we did have to walk barefoot a bit. It was great overall, but felt a tad rushed. We would have liked 5 quiet minutes to enjoy on our own.

Could NOT get in touch with anyone /NO HELP - We were very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Due to a flight delay and car rental problems, we were unable to proceed with the experience. Once we realized the adventure involved a two-hour drive each way, in addition to the event itself, we immediately called to cancel. We called at 11:36 AM We reached out only 1 and half hours after the 24-hour cancellation window and politely requested a partial refund, even offering to let the operator keep $50 for the inconvenience. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, we received no flexibility or meaningful response. A complete refusal to work with customers during unavoidable travel disruptions reflects poorly on the operation. We would not book again and would advise others to not to as well. Because of the lack of cooperation, we were forced to pursue a dispute through our bank.
