Very Informative Tour - We had a great time on this tour. Our guide, Frankie, was very informative and attentive and engaging. My only suggestion is to take “snacks” off the listing as included because there were no snacks - only water.

El Yunque rainforest - explore outside San Juan - We really enjoyed the tour with our guide, Francisco, whose knowledge and humour made for great edutainment. Francisco tells a great story of how the rainforest gets its name. Highly recommend. The views were incredible, especially from the Yokahu Tower. The recently re-established information centre is fantastic in keeping with the natural environment. Visting the local bakery was a lovely ending to the trip.

Frankie was the best! - Our guide Frankie was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable and very funny. He customized our tour towards things that we were interested in and took the time to engage my young children. This tour was perfect for all ages (our group was age 2-87). My kids favorite part was seeing the wildlife like the coqui frog and the tree snails. The waterfalls were also beautiful.

This tour delivered what it advertised. - Everything was as advertised and our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the rainforest. He took us on a short nature walk at the visitors center and pointed out various plants and how they might have been used in the past Very informative.

Great low impact tpir - Our tour guide Francisco was terrific. He was extremely knowledge and very witty. The rain forest was beautiful and enjoyed the stops. This tour was good for someone who is not able to do the hiking tour. Good tour for those that want a low impact view of the rainforest.

This tour never happened... - This tour never happened and was cancelled the day before. I understand that there is minimum required, and we were the only two booked. My issue is, I was left a voicemail and text that we would be fully refunded. I emailed asking how long that would take with no response. I contacted Viator today and they stated that a refund was never requested by the tour company. I would rethink booking this tour unless you have a large group or family otherwise, you'll be fighting to get your money back!
