The Wonderful Yunque! - Francisco is fun, energetic, and enthusiastic about the tour which includes the history of Puerto Rico’s discovery, establishment, and natural conservation efforts. All trails were easily walkable and were paved. Overall, we enjoyed our experience with a well-traveled guide.

Special needs kids enjoyed this immensely! - Not only was the natural splendor of the rain forest amazing, my family learned to "embrace the mud!" The waterfalls, the flora and fauna, and our guides were world class! George, Luis, and Mitchell made the trek fun. My 14 year old autistic daughter made a new friend in our guide. She was happy swimming in the natural pool. My 16 year old son completed the waterfall slide, twenty foot cliff jump and rope swing. He has previously refused to try things like this in fear, but these guys made him feel safe and were patient. He DID it! I would say this is a very worthwhile adventure to take as a family! Thank you for the wonderful memory and adventure!

Enjoyed ourselves - Our tour guide, Franky, was great. He showed us some memorable spots in the rainforest. The tour is definitely designed for those with limited mobility, which is what we wanted. So, it worked out great.

Great low impact, informative trip into El Yunque! - The guide had great energy and was full of knowledge - you could also tell that he cared about his job and the importance of the forest. The van was comfy and cool, and they made sure we stayed hydrated. Frankie was amazing - we plan to recommend this to anyone we know heading to Puerto Rico. This is a great trip for anyone who doesn’t want to hike a ton or get into a water feature (slide, lake, river, waterfall etc.)

Great trip to the rain forest. - Our tour started more than an hour late. Despite the delay, we had a great experience. Our driver and tour guide, Francisco, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I really enjoyed learning some of the history of Puerto Rico, and learning about the flora and fauna of the rain forest. Definitely a must-do when in Puerto Rico.

Choose a different company that is ontime and have well serviced vehicles. - Our guide was fantastic. However, the van was over 1.5 hours late to pick me up. The van was a 13 seater and we had 14 people in our group. The vans air conditioner was not working consistently making for a very uncomfortable drive.

Better done self guided… - Excursion was cancelled which is fine but to confirmation of cancellation and refund of my $230 required numerous phone calls without follow through on promised actions and basically having to be extremely dogmatic to achieve this. We rented a car, went on our own, totally self guided and were it on any schedule, doing it for LESS than the $230 for the guided tour, and that included the cost of the rental car for THREE days!
