Incredible El Yunque Adventure - Jason and Jay were excellent tour guides - watching over everyone, providing tons of info and making lots of jokes to create a fun experience for all. I highly recommend this tour as an adventurous Puerto Rico experience! It doesn’t matter if you’re traveling solo, you will leave with friends at the end of it!

Must Do While In Puerto Rico - Incredible experience. For anyone on the fence, just do it - I promise you won't regret it. Our guide George and Luis were so amazing! They took photos for us, explained things very well, and it was a great full-day experience. We were out from 8:45am-5pm. Bring shoes that you don't care about getting muddy, although even then, they washed our shoes off afterwards (so nice of them). I would recommend buying lunch where they take you as it's VERY good and truly extremely affordable even for those penny-pinchers. Again, our guides Luis and George take photos and videos of everything for us so we didn't have to take anything into the rainforest as well as where they parked was in a secure lot so my stuff felt very safe. PLEASE bring extra cash to tip your tour guides. No matter what it is, they will also accept Venmo or Cash App, but they have long days and truly do the most and are people too - with hopes, dreams, and goals. Couldn't recommend Luis and George more, amazing guys and I wish them all the best.

Excellente :) - Adriana and Elias were our tour guides and they were amazing at their job in multiple ways! They know their lands (knowledgeable), friendly and inclusive, hilarious and know how to relax people’s nerves when trying those experiences for their 1st time. They have also been keeping an eye on all of us the entire time. They took pics and videos of all of us doing these water activities so we can enjoy them later and be able to download them. We had our GoPro with us but they really did a great job filming us when we couldn’t! Hire them in a heartbeat!

Amazing Day as a Solo Traveler - AMAZING! From start to finish, George and Luis made everyone feel like “family.” They were attentive to all guests kept safety at the forefront, informative and most importantly FUN! In addition to the rainforest, stops on the way to and from to experience local Puerto Rican cuisine were excellent! HIGHLY recommend!

Slippery Disney world - Pros: -Relatively inexpensive for last minute booking and including transportation -Friendly guides who seemed to get along with other guides and all worked well together -challenging and even thrilling jumps, etc Cons: -No helmets given even though conditions were poor, pouring rain, slippery rocks, etc. Even though you sign your life away in a waiver, you'll do well to avoid your own heart attack if you happen to work in the insurance industry. Some people slipped and it could have been nasty -far too crowded to enjoy. Granted it was peak season, but you'll stand in lines that rival Disney for just 3 "attractions" - a rock slide, a cliff jump and a rope swing -a little too much forced joviality -no information about the rain forest aside from what a citronella tree looks like Recommendations : -bring a sweatshirt for the bus. They keep the temperature on the bus so low and you've just been freezing in a river -you spend max 1 1/2 hours at the aforementioned attractions. The rest of the time is picking people up, breakfast stop (where you can buy decent water shoes that worked for us), trekking to and from attractions, 1 1/2 hour lunch afterwards. We were back around 4:15 -not suitable for toddlers -not suitable for older folks -if you're looking for nature, I'd say find another tour

Most terrible - no show, no communication, no answer calls - The tour guide did not show up. I selected "Casa Blanca" from the drop-down list as the pickup point. The pickup was confirmed and shown on the app. The tour guide contacted me one day before the trip for waivers and did not dispute the pickup point. But on the tour day, the guide called me to come "Casa/Plaza Colon". Obviously, he can not communicate in English. (I asked him to spell out Colon, and he did not understand) Anyhow, with the help of a local person, we figured out it is "Plaza Colon". We arrived the place, and he was not there. We called him and the agency phone number on the app around 10 times. Both numbers were not answered anymore. That was only 15 minutes passed. (We arrived on time, and the delay was caused by the poor communication.) Overall, that was a terrible experience. No piror communication was made if a change of pickup point is required. On the tour day, no English-fluent guide was dispatched. They even did not answer phone calls!!!!!!!!!
