Freedom on the river - We wanted to see El Yunque as a family. We're from the New Jersey area and 10 of us took the hike to the river and up the mountain. Luis, our tour guide has a passion about the natural wonder we were living in. He showed us facinating creatures, like snail with the shell on the inside, a plant that closes its leaves lile venus fly trap but just reveals it's thorny stems, blue fern leaves and an amazing river. The trip is fully worth it. I dare you to take as much interest in your ecosystem as Luis does his Rain Forest.

Wonderful Hiking Tour of El Yunke - Diana was an amazing tour guide! She was kind, informative, and seemed to genuinely love sharing her amazing culture with us. I’ve been wanting to travel to El Yunque for years and it did not disappoint. Many of the tours I looked at seemed more adventure/ tourist focused with sliding down the rock slide and rope swinging. Personally I was more interested in doing some hiking in the forest, which is why I chose this tour. The rainforest is luscious and beautiful. I enjoyed hiking through it, seeing the mountain views, and seeing a waterfall. Lunch was amazing and Diana was super informative describing each of the typical Puerto Rican foods available at the kiosko. I went solo and Diana was so helpful offering to take pictures at the viewpoints. When the River was closed for swimming due to potential flash flooding, Diana didn’t skip a beat. She had a back up and brought us to a beautiful beach in Piñones where I definitely plan to return to spend more time and before I leave.

Great Tour! - I enjoyed this tour! Our guide Diana was knowledgeable and friendly. She also brought a sense of humor :) This was a great tour to get into the rainforest a bit and see things that not everyone may see on their own.

Wonderful experience with our tour! - If you're in Puerto Rico, you absolutely must visit the rainforest. I gained so much knowledge about El Yunque's environment, flora, fauna, and living creatures from this encounter that it was priceless. Our tour guide, Diana, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. During the 45-minute hike up Mount Britton, she guided us at our own speed. We had some wonderful lunch at a nearby kiosko. We visited a neighboring river after our jungle experience, where we could jump off a platform, swing on a rope, and swim in the glistening clear water! It was fantastic! The fact that they drove us back after picking us up from the hotel was the best part about scheduling this tour. Diana provided us with excellent information about Puerto Rico's history, culture, and what to expect upon arriving at our destination as we were traveling to the rainforest.

Great day! - Diane was a great guide. Loved the hike….fun and not too strenuous. Stopped at a great place for an authentic lunch. The river stop was great, even if you just wanted to walk in to cool down. Very glad we took this adventure.

El Yunque with Diana - My sister and I went to El Yunque National Forest with tourguide Diana. She's the best! It's an interesting area for sure, but there was very little wildlife or natural life to see (so keep expectations in check). Nonetheless, we had fun traipsing along the trails, seeing the beautiful waterfall, and swinging on ropes into the cool water. Diana was really knowledgeable, enthusiastic and super funny. We went for AMAZING (seriously best ever) fruit smoothies and empanadas afterward. Highly recommend any tour with her.
