Adriana’s Familia - Adriana was the most energetic tour guide. She made the whole group of strangers feel like family by the end of the day. She kept us encouraged as we hiked and pushed us to try new things

Best day ever!!! - Our favorite excursion in Puerto Rico! You learn a lot and have a lot of fun. Our tour guide, Jason, was so passionate and made sure we had the best time - took a lot of pics and let us taste some edible flowers. Tip to travelers: water shoes! You will walk through mud trail, walk through waist-high water and jump off cliffs.

Such a great experience! - I had an excellent time with Bespoke. Jason, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable and helpful. He taught us about the history of El Yunque forest and even talked about the nature, plants, and wildlife in the forest. We all appreciated his time and his patience with us. It really seemed like he loved what he did. We were able to cool off and jump in the water, which felt so refreshing on a hot day. The water slide was so fun! Would definitely recommend this to our friends who visit Puerto Rico.

Super fun experience - Highly recommend this tour. We had on time transportation, and our tour guide was super friendly, very informative, and fun. He made the experience more enjoyable and was very helpful when climbing and made us feel safe. After the tour we were then taken to a restaurant near by and the food was very good. (Food not included) so come prepared. After lunch another van picked us up to our next location and the tour guides in this one were also super helpful and informative. They made us laugh and have an enjoyable experience. Overall it was a great time.

Amazing way to see some of Puerto Rico’s natural wonders - Both parts of this combo were excellent! Jason was an amazing guide for the El Yunque tour. He was kind, hilarious, and knowledgeable about all the flora, fauna, and wildlife in the rainforest. In the bio bay, Manila and his team were so helpful and entertaining, and they educated us on the science of the bio bay and more.

Lovely but wish they communicated more professionally - (I did these separately on different days) Overall really good. For El Yunque George was the perfect guide. For the biobay, it’s really outsourced and all they do is to take care of the transportation. I took out one star for terrible communication. They don’t respond to text or WhatsApp or email. You have to call them.

Yunque yes- kayak NO - We did this all day combo tour to Yunque & kayaks…. Jason was awesome at the Yunque tour! So much fun and very knowledgeable. Water was perfect- so clear and felt great! The life jackets smelled but that’s to be expected with so many people using. .. lunch area was great- so many places to chose from and food and drinks were great everywhere. However, the kayak tour was very unpleasant. The water smelled badly. The area looked neglected- trash everywhere, and the trip was a lot of work in the pitch dark to very little light ups under a hot tent… wouldn’t do the kayak part again. The guides were fun but still a NO for me.

Average experience - Playing with the water while it lights up.,you also have to put a tarp over your head to make it real dark so you can see the water light up. It was really quick really dark with no kinda lights and running into branches. The kayak should have some kinda dim lights so you know who your following and see something

Loved the activities didn’t love the guides - The activities were really nice and the hike was a was a chilled beginner/nature walk. Jason was an great tour guide for the rain forest and was super friendly. The kayaking was an incredible experience a must do, but find someone else to do it with. The guides were rude and really killed the vibes. They were careless and negligent and would have been a much better experience if we had the right guides.
