Awesome adventure tour - Our guide Adriana was fantastic! We had a great time at Yunque. Highly recommend hiking boots and wearing them throughout, cliff jumping and all. The life jackets and van provided by the tour company need to be upgraded though. The kayaking was fun and we were able to see the organisms light up even in the off season with the use of tarps. I recommend the whole package but it is a very long day so be prepared!

One of the Top Day Trips in Puerto Rico - This was an absolute incredible experience, and probably my girlfriend and my favorite part of the trip! Our tour guide, Adriana, was an absolute delight! She was very knowledgeable, had a bubbly personality, and was the best compliment to the day's activities. She and our bus driver Christian accompanied us throughout the El Yunque hike and were very kind and supportive of all of our needs, and even brought a phone along to take pictures to share with the rest of the group so we did not need to take our own phones, which turned out to be incredibly helpful. The rainforest was beautiful and full of fun activities, and while we did not see a TON of bioluminescence the Bio bay was a very enjoyable experience. We went in January, which is one of the few months were glowing cone jellyfish populate the bay and add to the light show! Overall an incredible trip that I cannot recommend enough!

Adriana was a wonderful... - Adriana was a wonderful guide. She took us into the rainforest and made sure we navigated the areas to minimize overlap with other tours. She gave a lot of great info on the area and also had great suggestions on food. The night kayak was super cool and we got to see bioluminescence in the water as well as a glowing jelly fish (non stinging)

Great trip, great pics - Adrianna and Jason were an excellent guides. She was funny and caring and took awesome photos, he was very helpful with all situations. Except for the tardy Kayack pickup it went without a hitch. Kudos to them.

Our guides were top notch! - Adrianna and Jason were AMAZING guides for the rainforest hike! They were attentive and enthusiastic! Our day was so much fun and safe because of their attention to detail and always being helpful! We had a great experience! We also truly enjoyed the Bio Bay kayaking! The team of tour leaders made the trip fun and gave lots of info regarding the dinoflagellates and the area. I would definitely recommend this trip! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Experience - Good morning, We were scheduled for the all day rain forest and bio kayaking on 29th December. The day before, the family had spent the day walking around Old San Juan. We came home and my hip was hurting so bad I could barely walk. I rested and woke up the next morning and knew I would not be able to hike. I called the morning of the excursion and let them know we would not be able to do the trip. She explained that the excursion has been booked for months and could not provide a refund. I understood the policy. She then told me that we could still go on the bio kayaking tour if we liked and she then made arrangements for us to be picked up later in the day at the hotel. She was kind and helpful to make sure we got at least one experience. I was able to do the kayaking and it was beautiful! Our guides were fun and interactive. We had a great time. The bioluminescent was beautiful and the sky was clear with amazing views of the stars. Thank you for arranging us to have a wonderful family experience. The Thompson family

El Yunque Rainforest-Come Prepared! - I recently had the chance to revisit El Yunque Rainforest for the second time, and despite swearing off the hike after my first experience, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to show my best friend from Seattle the beauty of Puerto Rico’s iconic rainforest. I came fully prepared this time—best hiking/water shoes and mentally bracing myself for the muddy trails and rock scrambling that awaited. Our originally assigned guide had to cancel, but thankfully, Julian stepped in to save the day. He was absolutely fantastic, making the entire experience smoother and safer. He took the hike at a slower pace to accommodate the group, and his constant support and assistance, especially over the large rocks, made a huge difference. Unlike my first time, when we were left to navigate the tough terrain on our own (which led to some pretty dangerous moments), Julian’s presence made us feel far more secure and well-guided. However, one thing I would recommend is having some snacks available before or after the tour. By the time we got back to the van, we were all pretty hangry, which took away from an otherwise amazing experience. That being said, I highly recommend this hike with a knowledgeable guide like Julian. It’s challenging but so rewarding, and his expertise made all the difference!

Muddy but Fun - This was a fun excursion, but I don’t know that I would do it again. The trail is very muddy. So don’t wear anything that you’re not okay with getting ruined. And it’s very crowded. Once we got to the water fall you have to stand in line with several other tour groups. There were about 70 - 100 people just at that small waterfall and pond area. But the slide is super fun and it was great to see the rainforest. Our tour guide was awesome and very knowledgeable.
