Great tour of amazing rainforest - Great tour with a lot of good information. Our guide was communicative, prompt, and organized. She accommodated all of the participants in the group and was pleasant/ helpful. El Yunque speaks for itself and this tour was a great way to explore it.

Great Tour & Guide - We had a wonderful time on this tour of the rainforest yesterday. We weren’t interested in sliding down rocks and jumping in the river. It was difficult to find a tour to suit us. Luis delivered the experience we were looking for. He is passionate for Puerto Rico and very knowledgeable. He pointed out snails, lizards and a walking stick. We learned about the many types of frogs and calls. He was concerned about everyone’s safety. We would highly recommend this tour and Luis.

Great company, excellent guide! - We requested and got a custom tour of the rainforest, thanks to Frankie keeping in touch with us when the rainforest closed a few days due to landslides. We met our amazing guide Luis in Luquillo, and he drove us to the rainforest. Luis taught us so much about the rainforest, the history of the island, and plants unique to the area. Along the way, we also learned about the Spanish spoken in Puerto Rico compared to other parts of the world, as well the culture of Puerto Rico. We even got a condensed education about coffee, based on knowledge Luis gained at a former job! Highly recommend this company, and Luis as a guide!

10/10 experience - BOTTOM LINE: This is a great trip, our guide Frankie was super knowledgeable and friendly. Provides great views of the rainforest. I would definitely recommend. SUMMARY: We were picked up in San Juan our guide was very punctual and communicated ahead of time to make sure we were ready. We drove about an hour in the El Yunque rainforest and hiked to Mt Britton- unfortunately the tower was closed for construction but we still got to see lots of great views and wildlife- the hike was about an hour(~1mile up 1mile down) the path is concrete and easily walkable but a little steep. However if you’re not an experienced hiker there are plenty of benches along the way to stop and take a rest. After the hike we drove to another tower with excellent views and then stopped at waterfall for more pictures. From there we went to a river with a rope swing and a great spot for jumping ( there was also a walk in spot). Since we went during the low season we had the river all to ourselves! After the river we went to one of the lunch spots our guide recommended which had a great view of the rainforest while we ate. Then we were driven right back to our hotel. Awesome trip! Frankie was great and super knowledgeable! The views were amazing and we got to see lots of native Puerto Rican wildlife. If you are looking for a more rigorous hiking trip I would recommend booking a full day (this was a half day).

Freedom on the river - We wanted to see El Yunque as a family. We're from the New Jersey area and 10 of us took the hike to the river and up the mountain. Luis, our tour guide has a passion about the natural wonder we were living in. He showed us facinating creatures, like snail with the shell on the inside, a plant that closes its leaves lile venus fly trap but just reveals it's thorny stems, blue fern leaves and an amazing river. The trip is fully worth it. I dare you to take as much interest in your ecosystem as Luis does his Rain Forest.

Wonderful Hiking Tour of El Yunke - Diana was an amazing tour guide! She was kind, informative, and seemed to genuinely love sharing her amazing culture with us. I’ve been wanting to travel to El Yunque for years and it did not disappoint. Many of the tours I looked at seemed more adventure/ tourist focused with sliding down the rock slide and rope swinging. Personally I was more interested in doing some hiking in the forest, which is why I chose this tour. The rainforest is luscious and beautiful. I enjoyed hiking through it, seeing the mountain views, and seeing a waterfall. Lunch was amazing and Diana was super informative describing each of the typical Puerto Rican foods available at the kiosko. I went solo and Diana was so helpful offering to take pictures at the viewpoints. When the River was closed for swimming due to potential flash flooding, Diana didn’t skip a beat. She had a back up and brought us to a beautiful beach in Piñones where I definitely plan to return to spend more time and before I leave.
