Must - Super tour especially if you go with children. Excellent that they pick you up at the hotel. The only thing is that the guide we had was very apathetic, on the other hand we coincided with other groups from the same agency and their guide was very happy and explained everything in detail.

Bus and Tour of Hacienda Napoles - The price is fair for travel and breakfast. The bus was clean and comfortable. The bus picked up at our hotel ontime 0500. The first to hours of ride, the employee spoke spanish into a a loudspeaker , this was from 0500 to 0700. This was the worst part off journey.

The worst tour I did in Colombia - Good evening, today I went with my family to the Hacienda Nápoles, with Maxitours, my experience was DISASTROUS, I could use other adjectives that better describe what happened. To clarify, I am going to tell you the following: 1) We arrived at the point where they picked us up (Parque El Poblado), where other tour companies stop, we met at 3:49 am, (they told us to be there at 3:50 am), they picked us up at 4:20 am, because we insisted to several people from the company. One understands that there may be delays, but what seems rude to me is that in addition to the fact that they arrive late, the guide tells us that the meeting point was another, which is NOT true, you had sent the messages with the coordinator the company yesterday. In other words, tardiness and cheap excuses are a constant. 2)My intention when making this comment is to seek feedback so that specific aspects can be corrected; and don't create a problem for anyone. The tour managers, Mrs. Marilyn (guide) and Don Juan (driver), lived up to what one expects as a user. I explain why: the driver drives recklessly, committed several violations of the traffic law, For example, overtaking in the double yellow stripe zone, driving at excessive speed on dangerous curves, exceeding the permitted speed limits, he never interacted with the passengers, that is, neither bad nor good. Avoid it! - While I traveled with a group, I booked the tour on Dec12 for a visit on Dec13 with Viator, only for myself. Contacted the tour operator via whatsapp messaging the evening prior to the tour to confirm it. The pick up hour was confirmed and set at 4h30 in the morning in front of an hotel nearby to my location in Medellin. I arrived shortly before and see no bus. Send the operator a whatsapp message at ~ 5AM without any message back. I stayed till 5.30AM. I went back to my hotel to catch up some sleep. At 11AM, after a few hours sleep, I ask for help with one of my party member better at spanish than I am. Note that, at this point, there is no excuse/explanation message whatsoever from the tour operator. We phone and ask for a refund. A messenger arrives later with some money but he's short of the full refund. We had to show him the reservation, he phones the operator back and confirms the "error". He went back and we get the leftover money at 1PM. Summary: no tour, no excuse nor decent explanation offered till we ask for it, we had to actively ask for the full refund twice. At best this was a lame operation, at worst it's dishonest.
