Experience - Hacienda Naples - Rubiert Hidalgo Guillén Recommended... However, they induce tourists to leave things on the bus and then not take responsibility and simply say "A thousand apologies". They believe that because we are tourists we have money to buy the stolen goods. The tours are very good, but they fail in this detail so if you are asked to leave things on the bus, please ignore them because they do not assume any responsibility. In this respect they are not reliable.

The worst experience ever - My experience with Maxi Tours in Colombia was one of the worst of my life. From start to end , problems and lack of professionalism were constant. Comuna 13 Tour: The guide, David, was extremely informal and showed very limited knowledge about the history and culture of the place. In addition, he abandoned us during the tour! And on the way back he made us waste our time waiting for other tourists at night who were going for another tour so we lost about an hour and a half more waiting for people. Guatapé Tour: The guide, Daisy, was not prepared to answer basic questions about the place she did not know anything and she was not professional. Her explanations were full of inaccuracies, such as stating that Guatapé has Greco-Roman architecture. Hacienda Nápoles Tour: The guide, Catalina, was the worst of all. She tried to trick some tourists in the group to overcharge them, she was rude and woke us up several times at 5 am to charge us like five times, she also bought us the entrance ticket that we did not ask for and justified herself with nothing. Their behavior ruined the experience for everyone. In short, I DO NOT recommend Maxi Tours.
