We enjoyed the hike!... - We enjoyed the hike! There were two people in our group who were struggling to keep up. Extra information about steps, difficulty of course etc. should be included with the tour details and will help with planning. Guide should give out these details before and during the hike to prevent injuries and complications.

Do It! It’s worth it- Easy Jungle hike to Fun Waterfall Pool - Just do it! - Not a hard hike, but wear sneakers that you’re ready to take off or get a tiny bit wet. - the waterfall is fun. You can swim or jump off the small ridge into the water. You can climb into the shallow “cave” behind the waterfall and witness one of the greatest wonders on earth: The Back Side of WATER! - Fun trip and does t take more than 3 hours. The bus ride there was crowded but don’t get discouraged. It’s worth the journey.

Fun adventure in Puerto Vallarta - We really enjoyed the waterfall hike. Our guide, Alex, met us right on time and we queued up for the local bus to the trail. The hike was mostly flat and distance less than 2 miles round trip with some river crossings, so sturdy water shoes recommended. We were able to swim at the waterfalls which was refreshing but cool. We are from Colorado and I would rate this hike as moderate due to a few more challenging sections assisted with rope.

A wonderful adventure! - I love hiking, but going in Mexico (just 2 ladies hiking) was an uncomfortable thought for me. This excursion was perfect for us! It is inexpensive because we were meeting at the bus station and taking public transport. It was a good bus, beautiful road and passengers were a mix of local people and tourists. We had a group of 7 people and all were young and fit (I was the oldest). Rocco was our guide and he was very nice, intelligent, spoke perfect English and told us about the flora and fauna. Wear sneakers or extremely durable water shoes for the hike (hiking over slippery rocks and rocky ground), and make sure you have a bathing suit on! The waterfall is incredible and lovely to swim in, and Rocco even showed us how to jump into it safely! He showed us a few more hidden gems such as an amazing viewpoint. Highly recommend this tour as long as your fitness level allows it!

Beautiful but challenging - The trail was pretty as we walked along the river. Unfortunately, this 66 year old was only able to hike about 30 minutes on this rough terrain. My husband and I decided to hang out at a great little spot where there was a mini-water fall and hung out there reading our books and playing in the water. When we meet up with our group, they confirmed we had made a wise choice as the hike would have been a bit much for us. Our guide,Isaac was a sweetheart and showed a lot of concern for our safety. Definitely a hike for the whole pint and adventurous.

Diego was the best guide! - Diego was super knowledgeable and we learned tons about the trees and insects all the way to the waterfall. I wouldn’t recommended this hike for older people or young children and it was more on the challenging side. The river was beautiful as was the waterfall!
