Great day out - Great tour. Our guide Diego was super friendly and well informed about the local environment. It was a moderate hike (be aware that your shoes do get wet). The jungle was stunning and I saw loads of butterflies, which was my main aim. The waterfall swim was a real highlight. Best thing we’ve done on our holiday so far. Thanks Diego for making it so great!

Rock and roll jungle! - Juan was my solo guide, fluent with English Spanish and possibly Arabic being from a country I visited 40 + years ago, was professional guide! Always keeping an eye on me, explaining flora and fauna facts and myths! The falls are beutiful, with the caveat of poly pipes hanging down the falls! Not Juan's fault, however detracts from the beuty of the falls! As well, worth the hike to th view of the bay in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely beautiful! Will be back in February, at the latest and I hope Juan is there to guide me! .

Like “The Jungle Book” with Diego - Our group loved the scenic and active hike! The 8 of us were in ages of 21-55 and with varying fitness levels, and the hike route was very enjoyable for all of us. There are definitely some challenging moments, but we thought that that is what made it fun and authentic! In some moments it really feels like walking in a wild jungle. Our guide Diego was very friendly, communicative, helpful and knowledgeable about the jungle and different animals :) Overall we had a great time and felt satisfied with the experience, only we would advise to either bring water shoes or shoes that are easy to take off, as the hike crosses the stream a few times.

It's a must go - Loved it. Short hike. Pretty easy. Only challenge was shoes on and off crossing the stream. Our Guide, Diego was amazing. In the short time we saw " Bubble gum" or chiclet tree, Lover tree, many Golden Orb spiders, a "horse killer" spider, frog, lizard and fish. Beautiful cool waterfall. The jungle was so much cooler than the city. Just the greatest time. You get to ride the city bus rather than a private transport ( I thought was fun but if your wanting a private jet... probably not an excursion for you :). Anyway, loved it and you should go. Maybe get a towel, a piece of pan from the lady at the bus stop (was tasty!) ,bottle of water and water shoes to maximize. Oh, and it is , again the jungle so being mosquito repellent, though if you don't there is an Oxxo right in front of the bus stop you can buy some. 15-20 min bus ride , 25-30 min walk and hour or so at the falls. Enjoy.
