Upon completion of the necessary waivers, we will brief you on the itinerary, including the various stops we will make. You have the autonomy to decide the duration of your stay at each location or opt for an extended ATV ride in the mountains. For your comfort and safety during the ATV ride, we supply helmets, bandanas, and goggles. We will also demonstrate the hand signals that your guide will use for communication during the ride and instruct you on the operation of the ATVs before we embark on our journey.

This tour is suitable for all skill levels and offers an exciting ATV ride through dirt roads and mountainous terrain. Participants will have the opportunity to explore quaint villages and experience the authentic side of Mexico, away from the typical tourist spots. As a private tour, guests have the flexibility to choose how much time to spend at each location, whether it’s more riding or relaxing. Enjoy the natural beauty and wildlife of the Sierra Madres, with activities like river crossings or waterfall jumps. Conclude the adventure with a delightful tequila tasting!
- Minimum age is 16 years with driver’s permit
- At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
- Comfortable walking shoes are recommended
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- A minimum of 2 ATV’s per booking (single or double riders)Bring bugspray
- Bring swiming suit in case you want to jump into the river

- OPTIONAL… Community families from EJIDO EL JORULLO are asking for 3USD per ATV to keep the off-roading in great shape, please bring exact change if you want to help them :)

**Amazing ATV Tour with Xiutla Riders – Thank You, Franco!** - Our experience with Xiutla Riders in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic, thanks to our incredible tour guide, Franco. From the very start, he prioritized our safety, taking the time to explain all the essential hand signals used during the tour when to speed up, slow down, stop, or pull over. He made sure we felt completely confident before hitting the trails.
The tour itself was an unforgettable adventure. Riding through the mountains, surrounded by breathtaking nature, and feeling the rush of adrenaline on the ATV made it an experience to remember. Franco not only guided us skillfully but also pointed out interesting sights along the way, adding a great touch to the journey. One of the highlights was stopping for a beer and tequila tasting, which made the tour even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend Xiutla Riders! Their commitment to safety and professionalism is excellent. A huge thank you to Franco for making us feel safe, comfortable, and ensuring we had an amazing time. We’ll definitely be back!

DO THIS! Amazing Experience! - The perfect reviews here make total sense! Amazing experience. Highly recommend. We did the Sierra Madre tour with Rafael and loved every minute. We drive through the city, then into the mountains. Visited a ranch with a restaurant. Had a couple delicious drinks (smoothies for the kids too!) and got to relax by the river/dip in the pools fed by the river. From there, we continued through the mountains. Saw villages, zipliners, beautiful views, and so much more. Our guide, Rafael, was fantastic. The best part about this company is they’re all private tours, so you’re not stuck with the pace of a group. Rafael never made us feel rushed, and it was wonderful to be able to go at our own pace especially with younger kids. The kids LOVED the entire experience. Memories to last a lifetime! We ended with lunch at a cute restaurant on the river - great food and great drinks! The tequila tasting was also super fun thanks to the kind, humorous employee there. We drove back in through town, which we were a little nervous about but Rafael made it SO easy and enjoyable! He was the perfect guide. We booked this experience the night before going and we are SO glad we did. 10/10 would absolutely do this again and plan to every time we visit PV! If you’re in PV, DO THIS. Thank you Xiulta Riders!!!

Best Part of our PV Trip!!! - We booked this the night before and when we showed up at 9am we they were ready for us. The ride overall was just incredible. The ATVs were in great shape and were set up perfectly for 2 riders.
You’d think riding through town would be sketchy but with our guide Rafael, it felt safe and super fun. All the stops were incredible. The food and tequila tasting was awesome.
I can’t recommend this adventure enough. Such a great value for the money. Will do again next time we come down!!

Amazing experience - Absolutely amazing, ton of fun. My sister in law had a blast and she usually isn't into ATVs. It was awesome seeing her feel so confident with how these guys take care of you!

Fun in the sun and the dirt! - We had a great time with our two guides. They were very friendly and took us on a ATV ride up into the mountains with great views of the city and the jungle. It was very dirty and I rode on the ATV with my husband and my back hurt a bit from being against the seat back. We don’t drink so I can’t comment on the tequila but the restaurant we stopped at was not impressive. We made an extra stop and climbed to the top of a tower where we could see the shoreline. Beautiful views! One of our guides had an accident but toughed it out. I hope he didn’t hurt himself too badly. It was not really warm enough for us to get in the river but it was an option. Franco provided us transportation to and from the port where our ship was. We felt safe and secure on our adventure. Good tacos around the corner from the shop.

Guide Sergio, the best! - We were a group of three women first timers. Sergio gave clear simple instructions and we felt right at home particularly after stopping for a delicious margarita and hour in.
Everyone was very friendly and we had a great time!

Awesome Tour Guide Sergio - How fun! Our tour guide Sergio was attentive and knowledgeable! We were s group of first time riders and he made us feel comfortable and at ease....taking us thru city traffic and into the country side! Highly recommend this fun trip.... included amazing margaritas and tequila! Thank you Sergio...we will be back!

Great tour. - This was a great morning activity. Was cool so we didn't jump in the river but beautiful scenery and a cool way to see parts of PV we wouldn't have otherwise. If you can choose a guide we would highly recommend Edson he was super polite, professional and knowledgeable with any questions we had.
