A must take trip for adventure - Victor and Alex were great guides. The photographer took great pictures as well. Great deal! A must for everyone! We had so much fun on this jungle tour.

Atv jungle tour - My family had a fun experience even though we had rain towards the end of the tour. The people at the stops we’re great.

So much fun! - Great value, great tour, great fun!! Everything they promolised, they delivered! Equipment was clean and in good condition. Helmets and masks were all nice and clean.

Favorite Activity in Mexico! - The ATV excursion was by far our favorite thing we did during our trip! The guides were super fun and helpful. I want to book this again and bring my kids.

Highlight of our trip - My husband and I were just there and did an ATV ride and loved the tequila tasting! Buggy has some great flavors of tequila! We had a great time on the ride and staff were amazing. It was actually the highlight of our trip inregards to adventures in PV. We will be recommending family and friends this tour in the future.

Great ATV ride and back to the cruise ship with plenty of time to spare - Dee and his crew were amazing. We were concerned about getting back with plenty of time to spare to get back on the ship. No problem they assured us and to make it better we had an hour to wander around old Town. We have rented from this company numerous times and they always show us a great time. Upset and disappointed at the beginning in dealing with staff but at the end enjoyed the atv ride - The excursion is amazing overall They just need to change or train their staff in their service to guests They were extremely rude and rushing us the entire time

YOU DO EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOR DRIVING - I don’t know why in the webpage they sell it as a 3.5 hoyrs trip in the ATV. We made 3 stops of 30 minutes or more each (For tequila taste, getting into a pool and eating) In other’s tours you can do that but in you free time, here you had no option than just waiting. And the rest of the trip we had a speed of 10km/h. Super boring.

HORRIBLE. - I got robbed in Mexico and got my ID stollen the day before going and they were not accommodating at all. I had my ID and proof of insurance via pictures and they didn't care. Made me forfeit my money and weren't willing to help. Crappy customer service.

Very misleading tourist trap - I am going to be very honest about the experience. We showed up to the starting point at Unique ATV and received no instructions. To drive their ATV’s you have to have a valid drivers license on your person which half of our party didn’t bring because it was not communicated to us that this was a requirement, therefore our 6 singles turned into 3 doubles. This trip is essentially to spend 30 minutes riding the cobblestone streets of Puerto Vallarta (in heavy traffic) and then ride up the side of a mountain road. You really don’t “go in a jungle” and then you stop 3 times on the adventure trip. All 3 stops offer extras to pay for and nothing is included except for the ATV ride and safety equipment of a helmet, goggles and bandana for your mouth. The first stop is to basically buy alcohol and to see beautiful natural pools and a waterfall. There is only a waterfall and pools for swimming in certain parts of the year. They didn’t tell us this or offer any information. The second stop was to sample and buy Buggy’s small batch tequila. The tequila tasting was just that, a very small taste of different tequilas that were tasty, but very expensive. The last stop was at a quick service restaurant that basically had nachos and quesadillas for purchase at lunch. Not bad but nothing spectacular. Photos were taken at various stops on the trip but were not very good and ALL of the drivers guilted the guests for tips at the end of the ride by putting their upside down helmets in our faces even though they did nothing special other than lead the tour group. It was boring, heavy extra sales and tip pressures and basically an uneventful and a wasted day that we could have done something else for $570!
