Sweet and delightful - Rod was a wonderful teacher; funny warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. This was a great excursion to learn and taste. Plus, I took away some delicious chocolate sea horses that I made! Strong recommend. The facility had everything I needed to feel comfortable after a hot afternoon exploring downtown PV.

A must for chocolate lovers! - My husband & I did the Total Chocolate Experience, which is the Bean to Bar workshop combined with the Chocolate Truffle workshop. It lasted just over 3 hours. It was very informative and super yummy!!! It was nice that we were given aprons to use so we didn't have to worry about our clothes. We went in low season so there was just one other couple which made the experience very personal.
