Fun for everyone - A great way for a family to have fun together, with everybody finding something to enjoy. Kids loved the sea life, and the rollercoaster experience of kayaking on the ocean. I quite enjoyed going through the caves and arches after dark - it was certainly something else! Bioluminescence was a nice plus but not the main draw for us.

Everything about this excursion was amazing. - WOW. First off, Ram is the MAN. I feel terrible. I can't remember the other guys name , but he said they were best friends.
The pickup was smooth, directions very clear. Only paddle board if you have experience in the ocean, it can get a little rough and a lot of paddling. The tour and education were great, and they even brought water and energy bars for us. I won't talk too much about the bioluminescent snorkeling. You have to see it for yourself. Once and a lifetime experience. There is a reason these guys have such great reviews.

The experience of a lifetime! - The highlight of the trip! We didn’t know what to expect but it was awesome!! Book this trip if you want to get off the beaten path, enjoy paddling in either a kayak or paddleboard, like beautiful views and sunsets, and are up for adventure. The trip started at 4:20 with a convenient downtown pickup. We were bussed in a small van and walked to the meet site. They got us all geared up and we went out as a group. We saw the sunset and kayaked around the magnificent Los Arcos national park and since the weather was good, we went through the tunnels! As it got darker, the water started to shimmer and eventually, you could see the bioluminescence with every paddle. Going through the tunnels with the bioluminescence was one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen. My group opted to get into the water and swim with the bioluminescence. The guides provided us masks. So cool! I’ll never forget this! When we got back to land, tired after a long paddling, there was snacks and a fire. We caught the shuttle home and went to bed so tired and happy. I will recommend this trip to so many people, but I probably wouldn’t go with young kids or people unable to swim - it gets really dark and there is not much light. If you’re good with that, then book this!

5/5 aside from the masks - The kayak tour itself was great and the bioluminescence was super cool! At the end there were snacks by a fire pit.
I am still giving it 5 stars bc the trip itself was awesome, BUT they gave us a faulty snorkel that must have detached in dark (I wouldn’t know bc you can’t see but they said it had had a snorkel) and then charged us $35 when we returned just the mask not knowing there had been a snorkel attached. The fact that we had and used the mask but their faulty connection separated in the dark should not have been our fault in my opinion. And $35 for just the mouth piece seems very steep ($12 on amazon). The masks were not worth using anyways bc they were cloudy. I’d recommend just bringing your own goggles to prevent yourself from using their masks and getting fined.
Mask aside I’d highly recommend this experience though!

Epic tour! - You have to get up very early for this tour, but it is 100% worth it! Small group, excellent guides, and we had Los Arcos park all to ourselves to experience the bioluminescence, many birds, and sunrise.

Must do in PVR - Amazing tour out to the islands, after a short paddle we were greated by 5 beautiful islands thriving with life, paddling through the caves was great. Best of all was swimming in the bioluminescent, wow!

Nice time - There seemed to be a little confusion and some delays after we were picked up and again once we were at the location preparing to go out on the bay, but once we set out in the kayaks everything went well, the communication was good and attention to safety and details clear. Kevin and his crew were kind, skilled, and knowledgeable. They had snacks and water for us while out in the kayaks, and a nice warm treat once we returned. We did see bioluminescence and had a chance to snorkel too. Kevin took photos and is supposed to email the to us.

Underwhelming - Staff was nice, but they didn’t seem to know each other nor did they explain much at all aside from, “put your hand in the water and you’ll see bioluminescence.” Which was frankly underwhelming. It must be the wrong time of the year to go or something. I have no idea how this was a “life changing experience” for so many other reviewers.

You discriminate against me because I'm a foreigner? It was so painful that I thought, "I'm not going to do this." All I remember is sadness. There must have been a way to contact you when you completed your payment reservation. Nothing in the history. I don't even know who contacted me. I can't tell you. I entered it through the site beforehand, but it wasn't answered and there was no apology. - I picked it up in detail for the tour, so I wrote it down as soon as it was decided and booked it. On the day of the event, the group would not be picked up by the appointed time, and the tour had already started when I contacted them. I never heard from him. The company said it contacted him. There's no history of Watts-up, sites, phone calls, emails, anywhere. The person in charge of the tour didn't even know my pick-up location hotel. He says his boss contacted him, but because no one has heard from him, he hasn't come to me and he hasn't heard from his boss.
