Rolling on the Malecon - The two of us rented bikes for the day. Service at the shop was great. Omar was very helpful to make sure our bikes were a good fit for us. The main drag in PV has a bike lane to take you almost all the way to the far end of the Malecon and from there you can bike back towards the shop, stopping for a cerveza along the way. The side streets can be a bit tricky, narrow with traffic but not too bad.

Best Value By far - Alan was awesome to work with. 75 bucks TOTAL for 8 of us to have bikes for 12 hrs!!!! Best deal in the city. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Best way to discovery this city - I rental my bicycle all day. Start at 10 am. And finish almost 5. the first 3 hours. I'm my way. The rest. My friend Seven. He is part of the team of this company. I have a private your. Visit the hills of Vallarta. Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton house. Plus the top on Mountain the view was stunning. I'm recommended to enjoy. Seven is the best. Amazing, fun and safe - Absolutely amazing, fun and safe! They provide you with an appropriate helmet and yellow safety vest. My husband and I are pretty adventurous and biked 30 miles to Punta De Mita and 30 miles back to Puerto Vallarta. Total 60 miles and didn’t break a sweat because the electric bikes really help during those up hill moments. There are bike paths throughout the town and roads. We were told we were the first to adventure out that far and proud of it. Jorge and the other gentlemen (whos name I don’t remember) were very courteous and really prepped us for our travels. They would call and check to make sure we were doing well during our ride. Basically if you want to adventure around the town or go for a long ride; they can make it happen. Basically, don’t miss out on a good time!

Don't Rent From Them- Refuses to Follow their Refund Policy and Fabricates Info - Do not rent from this company. We had to cancel our reservation and did so more than 2 days in advance, which their policy allows a full refund. The company refused to provide a refund for our prepayment, kept emailing the same questions to buy time, and created a fake receipt to say that we only had a "provisional" rent agreement and try to con us into thinking they did not charge us despite our credit card transaction and receipt emailed to us. Still waiting for our refund over a week later & now disputing with their bank.
