Amazing tour ! - Chilo was a great guide!!!
Everyone was welcoming and informative ! We enjoyed ourselves so much ! Tequila tasting was our favorite .

Courtesy and efficiency - Although I didn't actually get to experience this tour, I wanted to leave a review about how efficiently my refund was processed. I arrived in PV on the Carnival Panorama in November 2024. I now know that the "ship time" is different from "local" time.
I hope to be back in PV in 2025 and will re-book this tour at that time.

Enjoyed the day. Not awesome but was good day. - Was an enjoyable way to see some things around the city. The Malecon (boardwalk), church, and coffee stops were our favorites. The coffee was so good we bought some. The leather shop was kind of fun to see different hides. The jewelry place was too high end and not for us. The tequila tasting was fun. The first tastes are pretty harsh but get better as they go. The lunch at the end is very good but very pricey for Puerto Vallarta.

It's ok - I thought there would be more walking. Spent most of the tour in the van. Was supposed to be picked up at my hotel..I was not and I was ready and waiting at 0900 for a 0920 pick up so had to spend money on a taxi to meet them.
That being said...you do see a few things.
I enjoyed the coffee and tequila tasting and lunch the most. I appreciated the leather shop but would've rather explored the boardwalk more.
My guide Eric was amazing as was the photographer Jesus.

The experience was poor. It was a shopping-based group. - The experience was very poor. The five-hour tour group turns into a six-and-a-half-hour shopping group, with just over an hour on the beach to see the scenery and take pictures, and the rest of the time is on the way and visiting chocolate shops, leather goods stores, silver jewelry stores, cafes and pubs that are marketed for their products.

The experience was bad. It was a shopping trip. - The experience was very poor. Five hours of sightseeing turned into six and a half hours of shopping tours, with only one hour spent on the beachfront playing with photographs and the remaining five hours visiting chocolate shops, leather goods stores, jewelry stores, coffee shops, pubs, selling products and wasting an entire day.

Waste of a day - This felt like a hostage situation. We were captive for 8 of the nine hours in the bus and had a total of 45 minutes to choose what we would like to do in town. To cap it off at the 6 hour mark it’s time for lunch where we had one place to choose from with a limited menu the for our group consisted mostly of Costco chicken. I would not recommend this to anyone.
We toured a leather shop, silver store a candy store and a tequila distillery that the tour company made arrangements with and they very likely get kickbacks from.

Total waste - This ended up being a 9 hour tour! It wasted an entire day! We were a captive audience for the stores they took us to. We only got a total of 45 minutes of the 9 hours to explore on our own. The icing on the cake was not getting lunch until 3pm and being forced to eat at the only restaurant in the mountain town. And after that having to drive an hour and a half to get back to our hotel. We wished we had taken a taxi back from the boardwalk, because there was no escape once we headed up into the hills. It was another 4 hours. The tequila tasting I did on the boardwalk was better than the one in the mountain village. Don’t waste your time or money!

you basically are paying to go to the stores...fake fraud tour... avoid - if I could get a refund on this I would as we basically were the second couple on this tour who left before the tour was even completed. Avoid at all costs as this is not a tour but basically you pay to have them transport you to stores where they get kick backs on like a jewellery store, a leather store, a coffee store and a tequila store. they say they take you to the listed places but they have conveniently chosen stores at these places. there is no tour, guide barely speaks english, no organisation and a complete and utter rip off. save your money and book a real tour.

Take a taxi instead - Much of the tour was going to shops where the tour guides had an arrangement with the shop owners.
Lunch was at an out of the way place where there was no choice but over fried seafood for $75 US. I believe that the Natalie restaurant has no business other than captive tourists on the buses.
