Poor- dangerous seating. - The crew support staff very nice , helpful. The boat was equiped with double stacked white plastic chairs which easily tipped over. Causing several people to loose balance and fall iver. This happened repeatedly. The music was SO loud in the main Salon you had to go upstairs or towards the bow of the boat. Once docked, at low tide, most passengers could not make the leap from the boat to the doc. A flimsy milk crate type box was used as a step and passengers hoisted by crew. Very dangerous and careless. The narrator spoke so fast and loud he was very difficult to understand. He sounded ore like a disc jockey than an "ecologist". If you think you will be hungry- bring your own lunch. That said, we did see whales. In summary. There are other tour groups. I suggest looking elsewhere.

I don't recommend it. - They don’t fulfill anything they promise in the publication say one hour goes out to another, so many hours to look at them and it takes two and a half hours, etc.
