Family Fun - We went with two families with teen children. All had a great time with the waterfall being the highlight. Highly recommend this trip!

Great experience! - Great experience and wonderful views! It was out first time driving ATVs. While we arr not crazy about the dust, we enjoyed the mountain views and the great tequilla on top of the mountain. Everyone was friendly and made the experience well wirth it.

The Great & Glorious Mud Mayhem ! - This adventure absolutely blew our minds! From the moment we hopped on the shuttle, the fun was relentless. The staff were incredibly friendly and truly went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a safe and an unforgettable time. Now, for a change, I'm awarding 5 stars for the 'dirtiness' factor! Navigating the winding muddy tracks through the majestic Sierra Madre mountains was an exhilarating experience. We splashed through puddles, embraced the inevitable dust baths, and emerged looking more like Picasso paintings than humans. But honestly, who cares? It was an absolute blast! We would absolutely do it again in a heartbeat – dust and all!

Getting dirty in PVR - This far exceeded our expectations. It was an absolutely blast from the moment we got on the shuttle to the very end. Our tequila tasting guide, Kevin, was so funny and knowledgeable. Would definitely do it again! The food and drinks at the end were excellent as well.

Take it for what it’s worth - It is a neat experience. In total, it is a short trip on the actual RZR’s — maybe about a hour driving time. There are two stops. 1) At the waterfall 2) At a snack bar. The snack bar is right before the long bridge, and then it’s over. So it’s kind of a pointless stop except for the group to sell snacks. Then when you get back, you have about an hour and 20 minutes before they transport you back. We get it, it’s all part of the tourist sales with the photos etc. you gotta just enjoy it and not worry about it. Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and wet. Viator automatically booked us at a pick up location which was like 30 minutes away from our resort. The tours company at our hotel actually saw that and helped us change us to be picked up at a location closer to our hotel to save us $$ on a cab ride.

Can be better with a few changes and heads ups. - We got an ATV for 2 people but it seems their ATVs doesn't handle 2 riders well. It was a bit difficult to catch up with single riders as it was challenging to control the vehicle at turns. We had to slow down much more so were falling behind. They should either upgrade their ATVs or do not offer for more than 1 rider. The back rider is not comfortable either. That being said, the tour guides were friendly and helpful. But they should've warned us before entering the bridge so we could be prepared for taking pictures. We missed that. Although they take photos of riders but too expensive. We didn't purchase any. The restaurant at the top is also very low quality. We were hungry and willing to get a good meal but decided not to. One last thing, the transfer vehicle is an open truck; it's chilly for an early tour at 8am in Dec. They didn't warn us before but fortunately we had jackets with us. Some passengers were cold though.

Do Not Reserve If You Want To Experience with Friends and Family - The ride itself was fun--- but the reservations and prior communication with supplier was not great. I reserved vehicles for 17 friends and family.(I am a travel advisor with Fora Travel) We assumed and were told that we would be experiencing this together, but the reality was that we were split up between vehicles and did the tour with about 50 other people. No Bueno! We could not take pics together and the ATV's did not have the same experience as the RZR's. They were herded like cattle with 40 other ATV's travelling at very slow speeds and were not permitted to let 3 feet in between the vehicles. SO BORING. I would not do this again- nor will I book for my clients again- unless they want to be thrown in with mobs of people.

Save your money and don’t go! - This is one overpriced activity. I would not recommend anyone to go. They group together a large number of RZRs together… in our case 47! This causes everyone to go super slow following each other in a line. No fun at all going at a super slow speed following a queue of close to 50! Once they stop at the falls you barely get a few minutes and they yell at you to leave. The whole thing is literally just rushed to maximize their profits. Beware this is extremely dusty. You will be completely covered in a thick layer of dust. Then they make you go under a fake water stream which will turn that dust into cakey mud. If you plan to go make sure to take a good mask with you as the bandanas they provide do nothing to prevent the dust from entering your respiratory system. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

RIP OFF! - It’s a RIP OFF!! Look for other tours if you are interested in atv/rzr riding. The groups are large, over crowded, it’s like driving on a highway in rush hour. They tell you it’s 5 hrs but actual time on atv/rzr is not even an hr on 10mph speed bumper to bumper. No change of terrain, no free time of driving the vehicles, or any exciting element to this activity. Just follow each other in a line.

Worst Adventure-Tour Ever - Here is a summary of your supposed 5.5-hour tour: After you pay the $170 per person fee to Viator, your confirmation email will tell you about another $20 ‘requested’ per vehicle at check-in, to cover insurance; later you are told this a mandatory 'request'. And here is your 5.5 hours RZR tour (total RZR time < 1 hour): 1400: check-in and pay the additional $20 insurance-fee per vehicle 1400-1420: wait for your transport 1420-1450: transport to facility 1450-1520: go to bathroom, wait for the groups to be divided, and get pix taken to be upsold to you later 1520-1530: walk to vehicle and get briefing on the tour 1530-1605: drive RZR 1605-1630: at waterfall 1630-1640: drive RZR 1640- 1710: at hilltop bar, so you can be upsold drinks and snacks 1710-1715: drive RZR 1715-1800: forced to wait at restaurant to be upsold food, drink, souvenirs, and pool access 1800-1840: transport back to office What a joke! Rip-off! The entire tour is built around upselling you instead of having you drive the RZR. The bridge crossing is all of 30 seconds. We have taken other tours in Puerto Vallarta for half the price that had triple the ATV/RZR time and were actually great adventures. Viator should be embarrassed to sell this nonsense.
