Great first time ATV experience - Our first experience with this adventure was fantastic, and as a family of four, we found it to be well-organized, punctual, and mindful of safety precautions, including the provision of helmets, goggles, and bandanas. As we journeyed through the city streets, our guides provided instructions and ensured our safety at every turn. The adventure took an exciting turn as we ventured onto dusty and muddy trails, offering us a thrilling ATV ride experience. We took the first stop at a picturesque waterfall, where we had the option to either take a refreshing dip or indulge in tequila tasting and snacks at a nearby shop. We also enjoyed a delightful lunch at a local restaurant during our second stop before making our way back. The experience was enjoyed by our family. A word of advice: prepare for dust - it's best to wear clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a bit dirty.

Fun vacation - The staff was remarkable and the landscape was very nice. Hard to maneuver through the city to get to our trail, but all was good. Food was terrific.

Fun and safe tour. - Great trip. Very safe and fun way to see a different part of Puerto Vallarta. The tequila tasting is at a restaurant where you can buy drinks. It is on a farm where they grow their own fruit for their tequila. Informative tasting. Then they take a stop at a restaurant great prices for lunch. Well worth the price.

Had a great time, not... - Had a great time, not just a SXS tour they stop at a small family owned farm and you do tequila tastings and learn about the farm from Hunter who is from the US which was great being able to really understand what he was teaching about their process of making the tequila. Then they show you around the farm and the rentable rooms they have there. Then you ride up the mountain to some awesome views and another small family farm with awesome swimming hole and pools if you want to swim I’m sure you can (we did not). After a couple hours of riding you go back down the hill and can eat at a small lunch spot in town before going back to the sxs tour location. Would definitely recommend and do it again! Alex was our guide and he was awesome!

Meh, beautiful sights, bad company - Learned about this tour on the beach after getting off the ship… seemed pretty expensive at first, but was able to negotiate a different price… after taking a short taxi ride to get to our side by sides, we were immediately rushed into signing and let’s go. I had to review all the paperwork, no instructions given on the machines, no assistance getting ready… just hurry hurry hurry! OH BTW, I had to leave my debit card at the office, felt VERY unsafe with that.
Once on the road we were caravanned through town at a high rate of speed, zooming in and out of traffic… felt very unsafe doing this as we have never driven in Mexico. If you slowed down, they came back and yelled to speed up. No time to stop and take pictures of all the amazing sites… passed beautiful waterfalls and picturesque mountains… was never told that we were gonna cross rivers and mud… ruined a shirt… we raced up the mountain, turned around and went to a pay to eat restaurant… beautiful location, mediocre food. Very expensive. Spent about an hour total here and then it was back to hurry hurry.
After leaving there you take a short drive to a tequila tasting event… not for kids… no non alcoholic substitutes (no water no nothing) although senior Duran was a lot of fun…. After all your shots of tequila it’s time to get back on the road and race through traffic again. Cruising through the small streets with traffic, pedestrians, and animals crossing the road, you better not slow down because they will tell you to hurry up, you’re going too slow…
This was a beautiful excursion, however Unique ATV Was not the best company to go with.

Not a jungle tour…. - This ended up being more of a drive-through the streets of Puerto Vallarta to get to a dusty road that takes you along the small river. You spent 25 minutes getting to a restaurant at the top of the hill where you’re told they’re going to stop for one hour. Then you get back into your side-by-side, ATV and drive 11 minutes down the mountain to a tequila tasting promotional/sales pitch. Another 45 minute stop; then you then head back into town and drop off the razor. Over half the time was spent trying to sell you something I would never do this again.

Go with someone else. - Non-stop asking for more money. $200 for 4 people In one vehicle. There were 15 vehicles in total for our group. When we checked in, they charged us an additional 5%. They also made me leave my credit card at the office for the duration of the trip. They took pictures throughout which we were excited for except for when they told us it was US$90 add on. I asked other people in the group and they were charged the same. Lunch we paid for on our own, but they added a 20% tip without asking and said it was a requirement of the tour company. When we got back, the drivers told the tour that they only get paid in tips and one driver followed me around asking me for money saying, “I kept your family safe, I should get money for that. . . Vacations cost money. . . You would pay way more in Disneyland.”
So many red flags. I with they would have given us the real number upfront instead of asking us for more money throughout the experience. I have been on another tour with another company and this was NO comparison. Big mistake to go with this company.
