It's a good tour - It was very good this ride in Vallarta... We met at the dock, waited a little and boarded the cruise ship. The food was fine, sunshine, music and snorkeling. Thank you.

fun and entertainment - If you want to have fun, party and music, this tour option is very good... a very relaxed atmosphere from start to finish. If you are looking for luxury, don't hire. Very good vibes from the guides, music all the time, drinks (without big brands), sea to cool off and food, made for a very entertaining day. I thank you

Great, long day to have fun! - This trip was very fun, we started with the boat ride to Las Marietas about 2 hours there and received a mediocre breakfast(not the best tbh), nonetheless they provided drinks and fruit. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. I was definitely tired this trip was a long one even though there were a few of us we started around 9am all the way till 6pm. We had 30 min for each event from being at the hidden island, snorkeling, spending time at cactus beach, and kayaking at "Cristo" beach(I forgot the name). Photographer was awesome, lunch was a lot better and open bar open once you leave the hidden island! Overall totally recommend, be prepared to bring all your own towels, coral reef safe sunscreen, and if you get sea sick be weary.Overall GREAT!

While the staff was very... - While the staff was very friendly, efficient, and professional the tour can benefit from a smaller head count.

2hr boat ride for 30min beach experience! - They do not tell you that it’s a 2hr ride each way. Open bar is only on the way back. You need to be proficient in swimming to snorkel or to swim from the boat to the small island. As the water is extremely choppy and the strong currents could easily slam you against the sharp rocks. You can not bring any hats, glasses, or water shoes into the water as they could end up in the water and contaminate the protected ocean/island. You’re also not allowed to put on sun block 30min prior to arriving to the island, otherwise they won’t let you do the “water activities”. Once you arrive to the island they dock you off the catamaran into a small boat and get you closer to shore, however you still have to swim quite a distance in very rough waters. And they only allow for you to be at the beach for about 30min. There is not much to do as you cannot bring anything with you and it is a deserted protected area. The “playa del amor” is only available Wednesday to Sunday. For this they will give you a helmet and you have to swim really close to the rocks on each side and above you, keep in mind that is your not able to swim in rough water you probably will get slammed around into sharp rocks. They offer a “nature tour” in which they load you in into a the small boat and take you around the island where you are told information and you could see two craters, the one in the picture and the entrance to “La playa del amor”. The scenery was beautiful, but i just wish we would have been told all these small details prior to booking this tour and I would have planed differently or maybe passed up on it and looked for a different option to experience the island.

Not worth the $115- should have been $50 - Firstly, I was not given the correct address for the meeting point. Then I messaged through the app and Guido was not helpful at all. He was extremely rude. Please coach him or give him additional customer service training. Be prepared to pay additional fees, you will have to pay a port fee as well as a reserve fee. The post fee was $34 pesos and the reserve fee was $150 pesos per person. The food and drinks were blah so make sure that you eat something before you board. You will get some chilaquiles and eggs for breakfast more like a continental breakfast. Lunch was only a sandwich, a pasta salad and a chicken salad. I would rate the food and drinks a 1/10. The boat ride to the island is way too long, you only get to spend 30 mins on an island and its not even the main island which is isla del Amor. Wish the boat to and from the island was shorter, that way we could have enjoyed more time on the beach. The staff on the boat were friendly. While on the way to the island they sold us an ecological tour which takes you on boat to the Isla de Amor but you don’t get off the boat, the tour was $250 pesos per person. It’s just a brief boat tour giving you history of the marine life and island. I feel like this was way over priced for the activities we did.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY OR BOAT COMPANY - Why do you send me thus when I didn't go? I got violently ill and couldn't go. Your company refused my request for a refund due to some stupid 24 hour policy. I didn't want to cancel. There was no way I could get on a boat. I get policy, but that one just cost you a customer. Especially after I booked all of our excursions through your company. I will be using a different one from here on out... and I will be spreading the word to go ANYWHERE but here. You lost a customer for life.
