Highly recommended:) !!! - A magical tour. Amazing. I'm a fan. The crew, the guides, the snorkeling, it was great. The amazing fauna that exists in the Marietas Islands (blue-footed birds) are beautiful.

Bahia Alegra - The guides entertainment and the snorkeling leason were very enjoyable. The water was cold, but manageable.

Marietas Island is... - Marietas Island is gorgeous. We saw whales! Didn't even have to pay extra to go whale watching. Not sure that I would recommend the snorkeling as the water is not that clear. But the rest of it; the ride, the sights, the staff, and the food! Totally recommend!

Family fun on a chilly day - I’ll start off with the negative: stay clear of Georgie (I think was his name). Not to offend anyone but he is the gay crew member but that’s not why I stated stay clear. He was very mean to my family. My sister has arthritis and she’s a little slow moving. He kept shaking his head at her in disappointment even though we were hurrying to stand in line for 15 mins to board the boat. He was snappy with my fiancĂ©, brother and brother in law. Now the rest of the crew were so accommodating. The food they served was so good and the drinks were amazing too. You do have to pay extra to go to the lovers beach (1000 pesos per person) and also a little boat trip around the island (200 pesos per person). We opted for the boat trip and it was ok. Snorkeling was fine as well. The sea was rough that day. The boat trip there was long and they don’t serve alcohol until you ride back. The captain turned the boat a certain way causing people to fall over which was kind of funny and made for a good story. If you can, go upstairs! There are bean bag chairs there! We loved that aspect. Then on the way back you have a chance to paddle board, kayak, ride a banana boat or go to a private beach. This was the best part of the trip. Overall I’d do it again. My children had fun. It’s too bad they just had one bad apple snapping at people and shaking his head at anyone like they’re children.

Could have been better - Every activity is extra money. The whole process was a bit of a factory feel of moving people through extra activities to get more money. The staff was very positive and clearly like their jobs. Drinks and things aren’t available until the end of the trip. It was too cold, not the operators fault but it kept us out of the water. All in all I would not recommend.

Lots of sitting on the boat

waiting - Felt like we were on a tour of many tours. Minimal time snorkelling or at the hidden island. LOTS of time waiting for ecotour trip that was on the same boat. Tried upselling us to that on the excursion.

Love Island is not included and costs extra! - To see the place shown in the photo you have to pay $1000.00 pesos more, since that place is not included. And since we do not know or know, I thought that the photo on the tour was the place that we were going to visit within the cost and unfortunately it was not like that. The attention of the staff, the care and the number of people was excellent.

Boring, scary and expensive - The staff was rude, especially curly haired guy. All the good trips are extra and they don’t tell you this so expect a lot more expensive fees. The driver hit the waves wrong and a lot of old people fell including me and I have a disability. I hurt my hip. The staff laughed. Was scary, not funny. My 6 yr old granddaughter almost went over from the top and she was stopped by my sister kicking her back. The ride back was fun finally. Island is disappointing.

Try another company not worth the money - Everything is extra. The booking without the private tour is supposed to be inclusive, but we never received a meal ticket. The tour guides and boat operators do not review safety protocols or are equipped with first aid at all. This would not mean a lot to me as I acknowledge there’s risk with anything. But the fact that I was asked if I was in a certain spot when I got stung by a jellyfish would indicate a warning would be fair to expect.
