Amazing Day! - My family absolutely loved the time spent at the hot springs! Sergio, our guide, told us about the history of the area. He took us shopping for the fruits and veggies that we got to eat while we were there. We also went to an authentic tortilla factory and had freshly made tortillas. Some parts of the travel there was bumpy as others had stated, but it is due to the fact that you are leaving the paved roads to travel to the mountains. We practically had the place to ourselves, and we all received mud facials, which I highly recommend. Lunch was served by Sergio and Tony, and it was very flavorful. Afterwards, we were driven to a beach where we received massages. we will definitely do this again. Cassandra M

Jose is an amazing tour guide!!! - From the moment we met Jose at Sam’s Club to the moment he dropped us off, we were so ever grateful and thankful to have an experience like this! It was nice we had a small group of 5 that day! Jose went over and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of! He cooked us lunch while we were in the hot springs and when I say cooked lunch, I mean steak, chicken, grilled cactus, potatoes, vegetables, 2 salsas, fruit water and more!!! I know people tend to watch what they spend on vacation but this one will not let you down especially when you get to ride thru and shop in local towns outside the resort, the real experience! I love Mexico and will definitely recommend this to all my friends❤️

Not just Hot Springs. The entire day was fantastic! - We had a great time getting away from the busy city and seeing the countryside of the Puerto Vallarta area. We first stopped by a tortilla factory and picked up some fresh tortillas. Then to a fruit market to get fresh fruits for our lunch. The hot springs park was heavily shaded and we had our choice of several available pools hot spring water. Our host, Antonio did everything for us. What a super job he did preparing our marvelous lunch and snacks. It is almost as if he anticipated our needs and brought items to us before we could even ask. He was more than awesome, more than prepared and such a super nice man. We got the feeling that he knew everybody in town and we could see that the locals had a lot of respect for him. After the hot springs, he took us to a massage spa, right on the beach. What a day we had. I would highly recommend this awesome day out with Antonio and his staff

A hidden gem - This was the most amazing experience and I’m so happy I listened to the wonderful recommendation. This is a total hidden gem and Jose is the best tour guide. You stop at a market to pick fresh fruits and veggies and then go visit the nearby tortilla factory before heading to the hot springs. You get to spend about two hours in the pool during which they bring you the most fresh made lemonade, the best tasting fruit, and fresh made guacamole and chips. You can get a mud mask for small fee (do it) and there is small market to purchase extra drinks if needed. After your time in the spa you get served lunch made of grilled veggies and meats. You are so relaxed when you leave and you will likely fall asleep on the ride to town. But it doesn’t stop there…you then go to the beach for an hour massage. I was so relaxed I could barely walk but I made it to the car to be greeted with another refreshment and sweets (chocolate and Dulce de leche). With the exception of the mud mask, all items are included in the cost. Do yourself a favor and go on this experience!! You will be so happy you did. Congratulations to Jose for making such a wonderful business that benefits so many families!!

The massage by the beach with the ocean breeze on your bare bum while listening to the sound of the ocean waves. EPIC ! - I could not be happier with my experience and the location was just amazing. I loved the whole experience and all the little perks made you fill special. I had a facial and …and ate the most delicious fruit in ever, sitting in the wonderful hot springs!!! #loveyourselfmore You have to come and tell them “Africa highly recommended you!”

10/10 Experience! - Jose and Tony have been great hosts for this experience! We went first to the market to buy fresh veggies and fruit that they cooked and served to us during the day (included in the price!). After we went to take a look at a tortillas factory and got a tortilla with typical cheese as snack (again, this was included!) We then got the hot springs and everything was great: the temperature was perfect, Jose and Tony served us fresh fruits, home made lemonade, and guacamole with nachos, all while enjoying the water! After a lady came to make a mud facial mask for 50 pesos (is not mandatory), and later we had lunch. Jose and Tony prepared fantastic chicken, beef and veggies all grilled, and on a side more guacamole and tortillas. After lunch we left to go to the beach to have a fantastic relaxing massage (included!), then right before Jose gave us some typical delicacies and beverages (always included). Finally, since our group was pretty small he also kindly ride us back to a spot of our choice! The experience was overall fantastic and I highly recommend it! Tips: be careful cause there are a lot of mosquitos, so bring the spray! Wear comfortable clothes, there is no walking but you will have to get undressed a few times. Last thing, these places are in the nature, so don't expect it to be fancy or very clean.

Worth every penny! - The ride to the hot springs was beautiful, it was nice to get away from the city and experience the villages that people live in. The experience at the hot springs was relaxing and we had wonderful food served to us. The massages were some of the best we have ever had. Our guide Sergio was kind and carried on great conversation, we really enjoyed his company.

Amazing trip! A must do when in Puerta Vallarta!! - We had amazing time on this tour! Definitely worth every penny! local guide Jose Antonio gave us such a history of our travels! we stopped at a local market to pick up our lunch, fresh fruit veggies and meat before heading to the springs. We relaxed in the springs, he gave us plates of the fresh fruit, then brought us guacamole! Lastly the lunch he cooked for us was the best we have had here! Oh, can’t forget the stop at a local handmade tortillas, also the best we have had! You definitely decompress from everything with no phone service at the springs! Thank You Jose! we will bring our family again to this tour next trip here!
