The streets and roads are... - The streets and roads are very steep in spots. Lots of fun if you are comfortable on a bike! Stay away from the front wheel drive bike- it is rather challenging on wet pavement and loose dirt.

Best Cycling Guide in PVR - We’re so glad we booked this tour! It’s perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts and moderate cyclists to experience PVR in such a unique way. Hugo was our guide & insured our trip was memorable by taking us to all the best spots. He was thoughtful along the way and offered to take photos and video to help capture the moment. Rancho Mi Abuelo was full of water falls, fresh water pools for swimming, and some of the best authentic cuisine around. Tequila 322 literally has the best tequila in the world. Even if you don’t drink tequila you’re going to want to try theirs. Trust me! We couldn’t have asked for a better day. We highly recommend this guide and Hugo if you’re in PVR.

Great experience! - Had a great time on this bike tour! Hugo was so friendly and knowledgeable. He gave good instructions and let us know verbally and with hand signs every time there was a bump or we had to turn or slow down. He stopped to show us points of interest and he takes GREAT pictures to remember the activity by! The restaurant was in a beautiful spot and the food was very good. All in all we loved it! Thanks Hugo and team!

Great bike ride - Hugo and Alex were awesome guides! Our e-bike tour started with a cruise through town, and then things got scenic as we climbed up the mountain. It was a bit of a challenge, but no worries, the e-bikes made it totally manageable.
The best part? Reaching a mountaintop restaurant with epic views and delicious margaritas and lunch. We even got to do a tequila tasting and see how tortillas are made – so cool! The cobblestone roads were a bit rough, but the e-bikes made them a fun breeze. If you're looking for a fun way to explore Puerto Vallarta, this e-bike tour is the way to go!

We rode an hour and 20 min to the top and spent 1.5 hr at the ranch. It was so relaxing. Hammocks, pools, great food! - Hugo was a great guide. Such a fun trip and wonderful stop at the top of the mountain! Everyone was so friendly and we got to see so much more of the country. Going up the river and seeing the life outside of the tourist area. Absolutely awesome!

E-bike experience advised - Would not recommend for inexperienced e-bike riders. Difficult terrain bumpy, rocky, ruts and speed bumps make it a challenge. Guides were great. Bring your biking shorts.

Excellent Excursion for Experienced Riders! - This is a great tour if you’re fit and have some mountain biking experience. But not recommended otherwise. Ivan was an excellent and informative guide who lead us through varied, one-of-a-kind views of the area, making it one of the highlights of our week in PV. I would book this excursion again with the recommendation that the bikes be better maintained to better endure the fun but challenging terrain.

Beware, read the review before you take this"tour"! - I would not recommend this tour to anyone! Where do I start! The tour started late. The lead tour guide was traveling so fast that he kept losing people along the route. We didn't go to any of these places that were listed in the description:
"See the boardwalk, the municipal square, the Church of Guadalupe, Los Muertos Dock, Isla del RÃo Cuale, Gringo Gulch, and the House of Elizabeth Taylor."
The main purpose was to get our group to the top of the mountain, as fast as they could, where the restaurant/bar is so people would buy liquor. While there, the guides were having to do repairs on most of the bikes. They also didn't have the proper tools to do the repairs.
The bikes were in horrible condition and very poorly maintained! My brakes barely worked! Simply not safe!
Several people in our group crashed and received minor injuries.
90% of this tour is on extremely rough roads and unimproved, steep atv type mountain roads. This is not a leisurely site seeing trip. We were traveling too fast to even see or enjoy the scenery. We were just trying to keep up and stay alive. Our group just wanted to get back to the office and get it over with.
I regret going on this so called tour. I would not recommend it to anyone! This tour is not advertised as to what actually happens!
