Upon completion of the necessary waivers, we will brief you on the itinerary, including the various stops we will make. You have the autonomy to decide the duration of your stay at each location or opt for an extended ATV ride in the mountains. For your comfort and safety during the ATV ride, we supply helmets, bandanas, and goggles. We will also demonstrate the hand signals that your guide will use for communication during the ride and instruct you on the operation of the ATVs before we embark on our journey.

This tour works for all levels ATV ride that will take you through dirt roads and up and down the mountains . On our way you will discover small villages, the real Mexico far from the tourist areas. As a private tour you can decide how long you want to spend on the places we will show you… spend more time riding or chilling out, you call it. Enjoy the Sierra Madres nature and wild life.
- Minimum age is 16 years with driver’s permit
- At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
- Comfortable walking shoes are recommended
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- A minimum of 2 ATV’s per booking (single or double riders)Bring bugspray

ATV tour into the rainforest - What a great tour. Edson made it better. He was very careful and kept us safe. It was a lot of fun. Had several breaks that added to the fun

Awesome ATV experience! - Had a great time on this approximately 3 hour ATV tour. Franco was a great guide! Knowledgeable and always kept us safe and personalized our trip based on our needs. One of our group member is a first-time ATV rider, but with Franco's instructions and care she was able to ride with ease mid-way in.
Jose, our photographer is very friendly and also skilled. Unfortunately we do not have the budget to buy the photography package from him.
Overall we had a really fun time. Don't hesitate to book your ATV tour with this company. I give the tour 10/10.

Xiutla Riders best tour in PV - First I would like to say I have done some extensive traveling to Mexico and have accumulated many tours all over the country and through the Caribbean, but I must say this was the very best tour I have ever been on. From roaming wild horses to cattle grazing and even real "ranchers" there was everything I was with my 27 year old daughter and she too thoroughly enjoyed it. Our tour guide was Franco and he was awesome. He took us all over Puerto Vallarta traveling from the city up to the highest mountains with amazing scenery. Along with a few stops at different places including a tequila tasting with lunch. Roberto was our photographer and video guy and he likewise did an outstanding job. He took a video of our nearly five hour tour and it is our keepsake forever. We also purchased his photo package of which he took some beautiful pictures of us and the landscaping. I could go on and on about the details of the tour but too many to mention. Do yourselves a favor and take one of the tours they have to offer. You won't be disappointed. I never give out 10's for anything, but this as close as it gets for me.

The highlight of our trip! Amazing experience for our family. Looking forward to our next booking with Xuitla Riders! - This experience was the highlight of our trip! Our guide was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and overall fantastic! He gave us very clear instructions as to how we were going to make our way through the streets of PV, which we did seamlessly. His hand directions were clear and easy. We were a group of 7 and it was an enjoyable ATV ride through the city then up the mountain. Even for this scaredy-cat. The ATV’s were clean and well maintained.
The pictures don’t do it justice! The view along the way is simply breathtaking. Rainy season hasn’t started so we didn’t get to splash through puddles of water which my kids were looking forward too, but I was grateful for no mud. Along the way we stopped for refreshments, then at a restaurant where we were able to enjoy a delicious lunch and the crystalline pools. I look forward to the next time we can go on another excursion and xuitla riders would be our first choice for any future bookings!

Best experience of the trip! Worth every penny! - We booked the ATVs in Sierra Madre with Xiutla for our last day. It was raining, which actually made it more fun. Rafael was a fantastic tour guide, fun and informative of local history, and modified the outing based on our preferences. This was our 2nd time in PVR, first with the kids (10 &12) and was the highlight of both trips. Worth every penny, and will be booking again for the longer trip to the hot springs next time we are here. 10 stars! Locally owned and operated company. Great communication the whole way through. This is a must do outing! The views of the jungle and the fun cannot be beat.

Private tour with Edson - Edson took my girlfriend and I on a private ATV tour and let me tell you what - easily the most fun I’ve ever had in my entire life. We thought we were out of luck when it was raining, but boy were we wrong. Edson made sure our tour was the absolute best, he suggested a route that would be more fun in the rain. He was a clear communicator, gave clear hand signals and instructions, let us go at our own pace (we went fast) and was an absolute joy to ride along with. We started through the city and worked up the mountain until we got to a little bar by the river; absolutely beautiful spot. We were able to take photos and have a drink before we embarked even further up the mountain where Edson stopped us all and we could take in the sights and the sounds on top of the mountain while taking pictures. We then ventured down through the rain and mud (this is a good thing for ATV’s) until we reached a quaint spot on the river where we had reasonably priced snacks and enjoyed a free tequila tasting. Edson then took us through town to show us some spots we had yet to see before ending the tour right back where we started. I highly recommend Edson as your private tour guide, truly a rockstar and a 10/10 guy. We felt totally safe with him all day; laughed the entire time, and even better we were able to go much faster in a private tour then in a group tour, so that’s definitely a plus for us! Private tour with Edson - We had an absolute blast with Edson on our ATV tour. It rained the entire time- which made it even more fun in our opinion and we never felt unsafe. When we left, I got to see parts of downtown I had never seen before. We then went up the mountain to a restaurant and had drinks- the restaurant was also beautiful and had tons of pools and was on the river. We then continued up the mountain going through water and cruising through the mud. Tons of perfect picture spots of the Sierra Madre mountains and river below. We got to go fast since this was a private tour and we got to go at our own pace (I would highly recommend this over going with a group). We then made our way back down the mountain and stopped at a spot for a tequila tasting (included) which were all great. We also got to order extra drinks and snacks there which were reasonably priced. Their homemade salsa was great. Once down the mountain we got to go back through different parts of downtown before we completed our tour. Edson was 10/10 the best tour guide I have ever had and would absolutely do this same tour again with him.

Private ATV tour with Franco - We had a tour with Franco that was amazing! We arrived and were given the rundown of how the ATVs work and where we were headed, then drove to the mountains. There was beautiful greenery, great views, and some wildlife along the way, with Franco being an excellent guide throughout our entire journey. We opted for a private tour, so we were able to maximize our time on the ATVs and see everything we could. Franco made everyone comfortable and was very friendly! Definitely recommend!

Great trip! - Had a great trip with Xriders! Our guide Edson was amazing. Very safety conscious
and very patient teaching one of the younger riders about the ATV. Highly recommend this trip and could not recommend Edson any higher! Love the fact that
they take you on a private trip in smaller numbers than normal.

Sergio!!! Erik!!! Best Ever. - Our tour guide Sergio was amazing. The photographer Erik was awesome. The tour was everything we could ask for. It was so much fun! My wife had never rode an ATV but they made it so easy for her. The tequila tasting was fun, the views were beautiful, and the swimming was refreshing. I would only recommend going on a tour with Sergio, he made us feel like a friend.
