Group of 5 loved this tour - Edson and Rafael were amazing tour guides. Not only did they ensure that we had all the gear we needed and knew how to safely operate the ATV's but they went above and beyond at every corner. Literally and figuratively. One things that our WHOLE group loved about this tour was that you have someone leading and escorting the tour and someone else following from behind and looking for anyone having a difficulty but also that person blocked traffic when we were negotiating traffic in town which was awesome and very helpful. Book this trip with confidence. This is a great tour led by great people. You'll have an amazing time!

Octavio!!!! Amazing adventure!! Would do again!! - Our tour guide was Octavio Pena who is amazing and fun to hang out with for the day. He was very knowledgeable and prioritized safety for my wife and I We started out driving through the cobblestone city roads and then into the mountains on dirt roads and water puddles next to the Cuale River. We stopped at one place and was able to take a swim in the river and have some great passion fruit margaritas and some Tequila shots the local family. We then went for some more riding and was offered and extra 1.5 hours for only $25.00 each. We continued to ride on and stopped at a place where people go to pray in the mountains (Santisma Virgen Del Rosario). We then went to another location for great food drinks and a Tequila Tasting. I brought back 2 bottles of Tequila that Octavio carried for us on our way back. When we were stopped it started raining and my helmet that I left on the ATV filled up with water. Octavio gave me his helmet to wear on the way back! During our ride we had a photographer with us that would ride in front of us and then take exiting pictures. The pictures were a bit pricy but we bought them anyways for the Memories! The photographer's name was Rafael.

Must-do Vallarta adventure! - A huge thank you to Edson for an awesome adventure through lesser-seen neighborhoods of Vallarta, the jungle, and the Sierra Madre! The ATVs were super easy to use and so fun-- we would come back over and over again.

Sergio is the man. - Me and my family had a great time it’s really an amazing experience to be able to see inside of the jungle in mexico. Every employee is very nice and friendly but sergio is definitely the best. My family had a great time I can’t recommend this enough!

Absolutely amazing tour! - Or guides Franco and Octavio were absolutely amazing! We had such a blast and they took care of us 100%. We definitely recommend this tour and will do it again the next time we come to Puerto Vallarta!

Amazing! - This tour was awesome!! If you’re looking for a private tour, this is it!! Our tour guide Sergio and our photographer were both very knowledgeable and made our experience elevated to another level. One of our favorite part of the tour is the tequila tasting at Octavio’s restaurant. Octavio was great and definitely know his tequila. The restaurant itself was by the river so it was nice and relaxing. The margaritas were also refreshing. It was nice to be able to see Puerto Vallarta on another level. Thank you so much!

Have fun and make memories - Rafa was great and patient. Incredible ride and sights. Best part was leaving the tourist area and going through real neighborhoods. Got to stop at a few places to eat and drink and jump in the river. Trully enjoyed the excursion and will always have great memories from it.

Great experience - We had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Edson. He was truly a 5/5star guide, showing kindness, being great with kids, demonstrating genuine care, and possessing excellent knowledge of the area. With Edson, we felt extremely safe as he took us on a wonderful journey through the city and into the mountains with two stops for drinks and lunch. Prices for drinks and lunch were reasonable. Our overall tour experience with Edson was nothing but exceptional. However, I must deduct a star due to the issues we faced with the photos that were offered. When I initially inquired about the price for group photos over the phone, I was quoted a certain amount. However, upon arriving at the location, the photographer raised the price, which felt very unfair. It would have been better if the pricing had been clear and upfront from the beginning. The photographer ended up charging our group $4000 pesos, which equated to $217 USD, a price that we found to be outrageous. Consequently, we decided not to purchase the photos. In order to achieve a 5-star rating, I strongly recommend being transparent with pricing. Honesty and transparency are crucial in gaining trust and respect from customers. This lack of transparency made us feel like we were being taken advantage of. (I was informed that the photography company operates separately from the RTV rental company, but when conducting business, it's important to choose a company that prioritizes transparency and honesty with their customers). Overall, our experience was fantastic, until the disappointing interaction with the photographer at the end.
