The 2-hour expedition starts from Marina Vallarta, taking you on a jet ski ride all the way to the southern part of the bay. A certified guide will be with you all the way, ensuring that this waterborne adventure is as safe as possible. Snorkeling opportunities may also present themselves, depending on conditions.
A safety briefing will be given by the guide before you set off, outlining a strategic plan for a safe journey. You’ll seek out marine life, power-full-throttle across the Pacific Ocean to Banderas Bay and uncover stunning spots like Mismaloya, the arches, Los Muertos, the Malecón boardwalk and the entire hotel zone. This will ensure you come away with outstanding memories of Puerto Vallarta.

Great jet ski sea safari - My wife and I had group jet ski ride in tandems. We had so my fun jumping on the waves and snorkeling around Mismaloya, where you just would be pulled behind the jet ski and enjoy the underwater fauna!

Great experience - Loved this experience
From it being peaceful, to the fresh ocean air, to the tour guides
It was all 100%
Would do this again
I only wish it was longer but that’s because it was away from the city and peaceful

Amazing times! - Bam was an excellent tour guide. The photographer was amazing and captured so many wonderful pics. The entire experience was super fun, easy, and highly enjoyable. 10/10 recommend. Hope to be back soon! Gracias a todos!

Highly recommend!! So good that we went twice! - Have never been jet skiing before, but my son really wanted to try it. We went with Armando and Marie and had the best time! It was super fun, safe and a fantastic way to see the town. We snorkled near Los Arcos, and got some great photos. We were only in Puerto Vallarta for 4 days, but ended up jet skiing with Armando twice because it was such a highlight! Muchos gracias!!!

Great Experience with Armando and Mary! - Armando and Mary took us out this week on the Jet Skis - saw the whales and went snorkeling! It was an awesome experience and we had so much fun with them! Highly recommend!

UNSAFE & NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! - The tour operator admitted AFTER the tour that they knew the conditions were unsafe! Throughout the extremely dangerous time on the water, the "guide" was constantly so far ahead that the entire group had a hard time keeping up and at times difficulty even seeing the "guide." It was so unsafe, that the "guide" informed us we could not snorkel. When I contacted the tour operator prior to this review, they again stated that it was "unsafe to snorkel due to the weather conditions." They refused to refund any portion of the large price (you can rent jet skis much cheaper directly from the beaches), because we had completed the tour. Had they done their job and informed us of the conditions PRIOR to the tour, we would not have chosen to go. Don't waste your time or money with these people who have no regard for your safety!

THEY DONT GIVE REFUNDS! - I have asked for a refund from Viator 4 times now and have not even heard one word back from the company. They are not even replying to any of my requests. They show my jet ski tour as COMPLETED and it was definitly NOT COMPLETED! The fact that I can not even get a response that they do not care after four attempts is not acceptable.
