Greta service - Quick service. friendly staff. I recommend use them. We had no issues. You do however have to call them before your last day to make sure everything is arranged correctly.

Puerto Vallarta trip 2024 - Friendly driver but she didn't speak English. I prefer drivers who speak my language so they can give insights about the destination spots. The guys at the airport were extremely attentive and helpful!!!

NEVER DIAL TO REQUEST REPORTS - I am not a person who writes bad reviews but I have actually spoken to them twice and the young man who answers the phone is quite overbearing. 1. The first call I made was to request the exact location of where they were at the airport and their response was: "Ask because everyone knows us" -I consider that this is not a logical answer, if you call you want them to tell you how to get there or what uniform they wear. 2. I called another day to request a schedule change and the same young man told me that they have opening hours and that my change was not appropriate, that he will call another day, so they should be super specific in this regard so as not to call at specific times. that you cannot make the corresponding changes. The transfer service is good but the customer service on the phone is horrible, I hope you can give feedback to this young man (I know it's the same one because of the tone of voice and his name - I'm not going to name him so as not to burn him) because in the end One speaks for help and the least we expect is that they treat you badly with that type of response.

Poor service, stranded, and charged extra - We confirmed the pick up and where we were going prior to arriving in Puerto Vallarta. The trip was paid before we arrived. Upon arrival, we were charged extra money f and it was only confirmed one way. We paid for a round trip ticket. We have no way to get ahold of anybody except for emails. We have sent 2 and no response.

Horrible experience. Recommend against. - Email received and requested me to call to ensure pickup. Never answered, emailed and what’s app. No responses. Got to airport and found a stand - they did get me to hotel. This morning returning and driver is a no show. Called gray line and no response / answer; sent what’s app and no response. Absolutely horrible service. I would highly recommend against using this service / company. The service is extremely poor, not reliable and disappointing. Trip advisor disappointed

When I arrived in Puerta... - When I arrived in Puerta Vallarta no one knew of my arrival. I wasn’t on the list, nobody knew anything. I showed the bar code/reservation number and the Grey Line people started calling. The excuse offered was the computer wasn’t transferring the information to them. We waited in the heat for an agent to stand in the long taxi line with a voucher to get us going to our hotel. REALLY POOR SERVICE!!!!

Not worth it - In herd of 200+ people, somehow we were the last ones left at the airport literally holding the bags. Regular taxi and Uber was faster. There were 2 other couples like us stuck with "PRIVATE." All they did was end up sending a guy to stand for us in line. Worst it was not even private. We ended up giving ride to someone else who works for them, who was loud and obnoxious during the whole ride. Do not recommend this trip. Just get regular taxi or uber. waste of money and time

Runnnnnnnnnn from Viator / Greyline private transportation - Awe they forgot about us as we stood in the heat for 90 minutes for our private transfer, booked though Viator and the Grey Line guy admitted they forgot us and then the waiting game began as they spent much time trying to get it straightened out then take us to a long line of taxies and those who tipped got rides and those that didn't waited. I asked Viator for some compensation, but They blew me off with a NO
