Surf Lesson with Edson 2023 & 2024 - Had a great time in September 2023, decided to book again for a second time in March 2024 when I was back in Puerto Vallarta. Both times with Edson! Couldn’t ask for a better instructor. Edson was with me at all times in the water, and I felt really safe learning how to surf and manage big waves. Would highly recommend Edson as a surf instructor. And to all my surf enthusiasts wanting to catch some waves in the Puerto Vallarta area. 11/10 worth it.

Recommend! - I’m a teenager and went with my mom and brother on a standup paddle board tour. Edson was our guide and made me feel very safe and calm on the water. He is very caring and personable and taught me a lot about the area. Highly recommend!

fun first time experience - We had a private couples lesson for stand up paddle boarding. Our instructor, Augustina, was very lively, encouraging, and a great listener. She really looks out for her customers. She was very experienced with stand up paddle boarding. She gave us a nice introduction to technique prior to entering the water. When entering and exiting the water, she took the lead and made me feel like I could trust her, even though there were some large waves in the ocean. And during the lesson, she was able to adapt to my level of skill as a beginner, to make sure I was keeping up and having fun at the same time. Afterwards I was blown away at the fact that the company made a beach chair & umbrella reservation at a nearby beach club, based on an phone inquiry I made a few days prior to the lesson. Originally I was expecting the instructor to just point me in the direction of a beach club. I was pleasantly surprised at the instructor Augustina guiding me to my umbrella & table before leaving us on our own to enjoy the rest of our afternoon at the beach. I highly recommend Xiutla tours for people learning to do stand up paddle boarding!

Great morning for a SUP! - We had the pleasure of going stand up paddle boarding with JC. It was our first time trying it and JC was a great guide. It was a calm morning and we paddled down the scenic Malecon. We saw a sea turtle swimming around! JC was prompt, professional but fun and energetic. I would recommend this excursion!

Has an amazing time; go! - Booked two paddle boards online for a week in PV to be delivered to our hotel. Fernando was better than his word -delivered them as arranged on time with professionalism and great service. he’s a congenial guy who loves sports and goes the extra mile to make sure you do. Highly recommend!!! Go to the marina to board if you like flat water. Highly recommend them for any activity!

Super fun and laid back! - Stopped in PV on a cruise. Did the paddle boarding with Humberto. Had a blast! Would definitely recommend! Because it is open water, I would recommend for those more willing to have fun, laugh at themselves when you fall in, and who wanta slightly more challenging experience. It is the most fun paddleboarding I have ever had because of the waves, but it was also the least easy. Humberto was a perfect guide, encouraging us to do it however we were most comfortable. He shared some fun things about the city, but I missed most of what he said bc we were the 2 in the back who kept falling in. It was a BLAST. If you are traveling on a cruise ship, know that the taxi from the boat to the shop was $5 each. On our way back we took an Uber (!!) And it was $6 total. Next time we would open the Uber app and just hail an uber outside the terminal and save a lot of the money.

Edson was experienced and helpful. - They were accommodating to a delay in schedule. The shop is close to the beach which makes it easy. Like many places in Puerto Vallarta we found it difficult to locate the place except for the other instructions that said it was six blocks north of the boardwalk which we and most people know is the Malecon the best way to help locate this place is the Shell station as they had put in the description.

Should have been cancelled based on choppy ocean waves - Unfortunately, we were unable to actually paddle board. The ocean was rough and honestly it should have been cancelled. My boyfriend and I are decent at paddleboarding and neither one of us could stand up. We only spent about 30 mins or so on the water before we gave up. The current moved us behind are starting point and we only were able to get back to that point. The tour guide was generous enough to take us on a tour of downtown and drop us off back at the port.
