Fun, even for kiddos - We had a blast! The tour guides were informative and explained the process for us first time zipliners. Even my 8 year old had a great time and was able to complete the zip lines. Our guides were Javier, Jose, Bryan, Israel, and Iran and they made us feel at ease and made the experience amazing for us!!!

Great for younger kids and adults! - We just did this excursion while at port on the Carnival Panorama. The meeting place was easy to find. We traveled to the zip lines in an open air truck which made the experience unique and fun. Our family loved everything about the zip lines and the guides were very helpful an fun. Our kids (ages 7, 9, 13, and 15) all loved it and they made sure we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. They made the day worth it! I was a little disappointed in the picture package as it was very expensive. The restaurant had good food at the end of the tour but the service was slow and the food was overpriced for what we got. That was the only negative about the day. We didn’t swim in the river but we saw others playing in the water. It was shallow but would have been a good option at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this excursion!

Fantastic experience!!! Family of 8 love this!!! - We had a party of 8 off the carnival panorama. On May 30th. This was all our first times to PV. The only negative is the meeting spot, we were to meet at 1115 am it is a textile store and there is no shade and no nearby bathrooms. You had to pay to use the ones at nearby gas station. They were a few minutes late picking us up but once they did we got on the open bus which was so awesome! We got to see the city which is beautiful. On our way to the country side you could see the ocean. Our ride took about 45 minutes and it kinda felt like we were going to a rough area in the jungle but we 100% were surprised by where we ended it was beautiful!!! The staff were incredibly caring and they explained everything! George was my favorite!!!! He rode on the line with me bc I was scared. It was breathtaking views and a good climb/hike (not too much for someone that is out of shape and in my late 40’s) they had water stations. We stayed after and ate at the restaurant which was very good. The drinks were very strong but really good! Bring extra money to tip bc they do an incredible job and your safety is priority 1. We gave them $100 for our party. Photos are an additional option/cost and they take several. Definitely recommend this excursion!!! We got back and still had several hours to explore cruise port and go to Walmart…lol

Awesome, amazing, had a brilliant time. - Communications prior to the event were really good. We were sent a series of texts with directions including photos. The pickup in Puerto Vallarta can be a bit tricky due to lots of street vendors selling similar tours. That said, everyone was helpful and pointed us to where we needed to be. My bad for not following directions, just learn from my mistake ad read what they sent you. The van ride to the zipline was pleasant and uneventful. One at the zipline, the staff was friendly and safety conscious. We really had an amazing time. In particular, for our party of four, Javier and Carlos took really good care of us. Everyone really went out of their way to be friendly and humorous. At one point, I was able to "fly" one of the longer ziplines upside down with Javier flying as pilot. What an exhilarating trip. I really recommend these folks.

Somewhat fun afternoon - We really liked that the zipline company provided transportation from the port. We had to scramble because the ship was slightly delayed letting us disembark and we had to find our way out of the maze of the obligatory port shopping area. We were only a few minutes late and the driver was waiting for us. Then he drove around and picked up other people around town who were also participating in the zip line that day. The zip lines were kind of basic. I think there were about eight lines. I was surprised at how much of the run was in the hot afternoon sun. Be prepared for that. The guides were very entertaining. Be aware you must leave cameras in a locker. If you want pictures, you have to buy their package at the end. Pricey. Bring water.
