Was nice to see something different than Puerto Vallarta - Daniel picked us up from our AirBNB in Zona Romantica on time and drove us to San Sebastian and back. Was a great host to spend the day with. His SUV was a good size for my wife and out to see outside the windows and not a big bus that we would get sick on. He answered a lot of questions about the area and his English was great. On the way we visited a Tequila farm and got a demonstration of making Tequila. We don't drink so after the short demo we moved on to the next stop. Visited a small chocolate factory, visited an area where they sell opals and got a short demo of what opals look like and how they are mined. And visited a small coffee plantation and saw coffee been trees and some of the process. Had lunch in San Sebastian in the main plaza and then walked around the town and explored some of the back streets. There is not a lot to see in the town, but was nice to get away from Puerto Vallarta for a day and do something different. The drive is about 2 hours each way, so nice to see the countryside.

A Great Day Tour for Exploring Local Culture - My mom and I booked a private tour to San Sebastián del Oeste through Obi Tours, and we had a spectacular day! I initially expected a shorter excursion since we were visiting just one town, but our guide, Tommy (pictured), packed the day with incredible experiences. Before arriving in San Sebastián, we toured a tequila distillery, visited a coffee farm, and made tortillas for tacos—these unexpected additions turned out to be the highlights of our trip! Tommy was knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful throughout the day. He made a point to take us to local, family-owned businesses where he had a great rapport with the owners and staff, adding a personal touch to the experience. His attention to detail ensured we made the most of our time, and the convenience of hotel pickup and drop-off was especially helpful since it was our first time in Mexico and we weren’t familiar with the area. Overall, this was a perfect private tour of a charming colonial mountain town. And a final tip—don’t skip the churros in San Sebastián! They were so good that we had to go back for seconds.

Amazing tour! - Amazing tour to San Sebastián with 2 fabulous hosts, Vicho and Liz. Both were so friendly, informative and funny. We were well taken care of, and loved the stop to the distillery and exploring the town of San Sebastián. You will feel as if you’ve gone back in time. Liz took photos of the entire tour and sent a link to us with them, which was an added bonus! Thank you so much for a wonderful, safe, informative and fun day!

Perfect Day - Wow, what a great time. I booked a private tour to San Sebastian for four people. Our tour guide "Vicho" was such a pleasure! His knowledge about the Mexican culture, history and people was outstanding! The tequila tasting, the coffee farm and the town were all very charming. This is a must do for the PV visit!

Awseome Tour with an awesome Guide! - We had a great time touring the countryside surrounding Puerto Vallarta. Vicho was our guide - he was awesome! We toured a small family owned tequila distillery, coffee plantation, chocolate factory, and of the course the historic town. Wear comfortable shoes as walking on the cobblestone streets can be tiring and tricky.

Immerse into the culture! - Vicho was the absolute best guide!! He was so knowledgeable about the areas, he was so incredibly friendly, and he made sure we had a great time! This tour took us to an amazing distillery where we got to sample some of the smoothest tequilla and mezcal I have ever had. San Sebastian was an amazing small town with so much history. The coffee bean farm was the highlight for me personally being as I'm a big coffee drinker. And Vicho even introduced us to some of the family that owns and operates the farm!! It was a true honor. I recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn about this beautiful place...and I highly recommend Vicho as your guide!! Side note.....WEAR TENNIS SHOES(trainer). The streets of San Sebastian are real cobblestone and even sandals can be difficult to walk in.

Awesome and memorable trip👌👌Highlight of our stay in puerta vallarta - This is our third visit to Puerta Vallarta and we took a tour with Obi tours to Saint Sebastian. Where do I begin. The place is magical. Like you are transported back in time. Friendly people lot of history and what made the trip so special was Obi the owner of Obi tours. He picked us up from our hotel on time. He made the trip so fun and we stopped in many places that will remain so memorable. He lets you explore and not hurry you. His knowledge of the city and its rich history is unbelievable. The tour took us to a beautiful coffee farm to Tequila tasting to visiting a silver smith to the iconic Church of San Sebastián del Oeste the trip covers it all. He is so accommodating to add any place on the way if we wanted to stop like a chocolate factory or the place Elizabeth Taylor stayed. He walks with you while sharing a lot of information about the place you are visiting. Obi also is a good photographer and took wonderful pictures of us in the places we visited and sent the link free to us after the trip. That made the trip very special. Would highly recommend Obi tours. We are vegetarians and since the tour included lunch he made sure that we were served a variety of tasty vegetarian options. End of the trip we felt like someone from our family had taken us around the city and given us an awesome time and taken good care of us. I have visited many countries and taken many tours but none to top this one. Thank you Obi.
