It is a bit rocky most of... - It is a bit rocky most of the trip but the horses know what they're doing. Wear a bathing suit if you want to swim in the river. Recommend stable covered shoes and long pants.

Well-run riding experience - Staff were very attentive to our needs. Horses well cared for and well behaved. River crossings were fun.

Relaxing trail ride with beautiful views - We had a small group of 5 with 3 tour guides on a lovely ride with different terrain and through rivers. The horses were in good condition, happy and healthy. Enjoyed the ride

Wonderful! - Gerardo expertly guided our small group of 3 into the mountains and across rivers and up to the tequila bar. I’m an experienced rider and the horses are well cared for and very strong and fit. Most of the ride was at the walk due to the steep terrain.

Enjoy the jungle on horseback - Wonderful trail ride through the jungle, high in the mountains, with multiple river crossings was exactly what I was hoping to experience! I appreciated that they drove us to a higher altitude to begin our ride so that we were far from the noise of the ATVs & felt fully immersed in the jungle. We were fortunate that my husband and I were the only guests on the trail ride. We saw many colorful butterflies & macaws. A stop halfway to dismount & stretch our legs was perfectly timed. Horses are well cared for & easy to ride. Javier was our guide & helped make our experience delightful. Enjoyed a leisurely lunch & beers after crossing the suspension bridge. Tequila tasting was fun. I was grateful that their driver took us all the way back to our resort in Nuevo Vallarta when the experience was over. Wish we had brought more pesos to tip drivers to/from as well as our guide.

Great horseback riding in the hungle - My wife and I had a great time riding horses in the mountains with our guide Xavier. The views to the mountains and the jungle were stunning, they looked almost prehistoric! Xavier handed us cold water and beers on top of the mountains, which helped us with the heat. We finished our tour by walking on the Jorullo hanging bridge, which was a great surprise!

First timers. - Whole experience was great. Our teens had never ridden horses before and they did great. The animals and guides were outstanding.

Great rise in the Sierra Madres! - The horse back ride was excellent The horses were in great shape and our guide Javier was awesome The horses loved the apples we brought for them

Horseback ride. - We had a wonderful time. Javier was the best!!! Scenery beautiful, Javier very helpful with riding instructions, directions, and assistance when needed.

An enjoyable morning ride. - This was a fun thing to do. Pick up in PV was easy and we were driven out the ranch. A very professional operation. The horses we were matched with were well cared for and very obliging. Javier was our guide and he was very helpful and made the hack around the mountain paths interesting and enjoyable.
