• Flexible Tour Hours: As our tours are private, you have the flexibility to choose your preferred duration, from a minimum of 4 hours to over 6 hours. Please note that the total time includes allowances for transportation and any potential traffic delays.
• Child and Infant Seating: We do not provide car seats for children or infants, but parents are welcome to bring their own. For added convenience, infants may sit on a parent’s lap; however, we recommend securing a separate seat for their safety.
• Pickups are at 9:00AM or 10:00 AM: Our tours generally begin at your hotel or residence, including cruise ship visits at PV terminals, and selected villas outside of Puerto Vallarta. Please note that we operate on Jalisco local time (Pacific Time Zone). Only airport pickups may vary based on your flight itinerary.
• Special request or accommodations for Earlier or Late pickup, PLEASE, let us know ahead of time.
• Multilingual Guides: Our guides are fluent in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication and an immersive experience for all participants.
• What to Bring: Comfortable footwear and light clothing, medication (if needed), sunscreen and/or a hat, debit/credit card and cash (USD or MXN pesos), and a camera or smartphone.
• Don’t Forget to Bring Cash: Either USD or MXN pesos, for tips and spontaneous purchases or extra activities at various venues during the tour. Some local treasures of Puerto Vallarta may only accept cash, adding a personal touch and authenticity to your experience.
• Restaurant and Tequila Facilities: Please be aware that the availability of restaurant and tequila facilities may vary based on current conditions, including weather and availability. Additionally, dietary restrictions may impact the options available to you. Let’ us know what works for you ahead of time and we’ll tether the tour itinerary for you.
