The hike was just as... - The hike was just as described. Isaac was our guide and he was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and wildlife we saw during the hike. The beaches are absolutely beautiful and we also stopped at a fruit stand for a beer and delicious fruits along the way. Lunch at the end was also great? Highly recommend going on this tour.

Great day of hiking and beaches - We had a wonderful time. Isaac was a great guide. The beaches were beautiful. The hike was moderate. I recommend wearing your swimsuit as there are no places to change and shoes you don’t mind getting wet. The fresh fruit towards the end of the hike was delicious. I highly recommend this tour.

a nice break from the ordinary. - The bus ride is long, crowded, and hot. That's the worse part of it. You need to be in decent shape for the hike. Bring at least a liter of water for each person. A pack with swim gear and towel is recommended. The beaches are nice and it ends at a good restaurant on the beach. It was an enjoyable day and well worth it.

Amazing Tour - This tour was AMAZING! Guillermo and Diego were our tour guides. From the very beginning they were very kind and engaging. They provided a lot of information about the area. The hike was pretty easy, although the trail can be a bit steep at times. The views were incredible. The bus ride was fun! There was a group of “brides maids” and a “bridezilla” who were complaining the whole time. They held up the tour on several occasions, were disrespectful to the guides and fellow tour companions. They even played loud music on the beach. We were all given the same options to either take the bus back or pay a little bit extra to take a water taxi, and then stop at “Los Arcos National Park”. The bridezilla group obnoxiously got drunk at the restaurant and elected to take the bus back to town, whereas we chose to do the water taxi - and it was amazing! Guillermo and Diego took a lot of photos of us at Los Arcos, there we got to swim and feed the fish. It was surprising when we returned that the bridezilla groupgroup showed up at the pier on a different water taxi. Th he were accusing the guides of abandonment - which couldn’t be further from the truth as we were all explicitly given the same options multiple times. It was quite unfortunate that the bridezilla group behaved this way. They even went so far as to attempt to start an unprovoked physical fight in front of a whole pier full of people who seemed quite shocked by this behavior. Several of them needed to be escorted away from the pier area due to their malicious and horrible behavior. Despite this little incident which no one could have foreseen happening, the tour was amazing and so were the guides who maintained their professional demeanor while ensuring the safety of the other tour patrons who were being attacked by these bridezillas. All we could do was just laugh it off and feel sorry for the future husband of the horrible bridezilla who should be ashamed of herself.

Exploring little corners - If you like exploring, adventure and being in contact with nature, this is an excellent way to do it; The degree of difficulty will depend on your physical condition, if you regularly walk or jog, it will be a pleasant walk. The beaches alone are incredible, as are all the views you have of the sea and the jungle. Knowing curious facts about the place and the local people definitely expands your desire to continue traveling.

Great value for a great adventure with great people! - We had a fantastic day thanks to our guide Issac and the great group we where sharing the adventure with! Colomitos was our first stop and it did not disappoint. The colour of the water and the beach is beautiful. The water was very refreshing after completing the first part of our hike, which was moderately challenging as described. Issac was a fantastic guide giving our group stops along the way to rest if needed and to point out the local flora and fauna. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and was open and eager to share information about the area and culture and was genuine in his interest in getting to know the people in the group. Highlights were meeting new people and exploring a new area, swimming and floating at Colomitos, and the stop for drinks at Playa Caballo. There is nothing better than fresh coconut water on a hot day!

A good Hike, But Don't Bring a Watch - Even as a fit 64 year old (I may have gotten my age wrong when I signed up...:) ), I was a little concerned about the difficulty of the hiking portion. Really, it was mostly a lot of steep stairs in two relatively small sections - nothing that anyone who's ever done a bit of hiking should worry about. Diego was a good guide, though many of the stops were on Mexican time ("We'll stop for twenty minutes" = about 35... final restaurant service was, shall we say, relaxed). If you can slow your clock down, it's a lovely hike with beach breaks and good food at the end.

Great! - Great hike and amazing views. Issac was our tour guide and was very nice! The hike is most of the day, so I recommend being in decent athletic shape to be able to do it. There are plenty of stops along the way to rest. Some areas have old wooden boards that you need to be careful crossing. Other people use this trail, so you won’t be the only people.

Fun jungle and beach hike - After the bus ride up, the tour starts with a quick boat ride to the first beach. From there you hike on a block stone path (a bit challenging depending on your hiking level) through a jungle environment that stays mostly along the coast and beautiful walks on beaches as well. Recommend shoes with traction and a towel to dry feet if you choose to swim or soak feet. It ends at a beachfront seafood restaurant. Tasty food. A boat takes you back to the public bus. This was a fun excursion and recommened if you like moderate hikes.

Would choose another company for this trip - The public bus drive was not the best experience but they offer water taxi for additional charge back to PV. The trail itself was Ok, not the hardest just watch your steps, our kids 8-11yo could do it without any issues. Our guide was nice but didn't tell us about the area or nature, just a couple of sentences during the trip: "this is the first beach, we will stay here for...minutes". The other guide with a large group was very knowledgeable and was talking all the time - I wish we were with him as with our we didn't learn anything about the area. Also they bring you to a prearrange overcrowded restaurant on Los Animals where you have to eat if you want to take the water taxi to a nearest town. But the other part of Las Animals is much nicer and not crowded at all, I feel really bad that we were restricted (for our own money) to order food at that restaurant and anyway paid for the boat back to PV.
